Fun cases is a fun way to show you care about someone. I would just say if you are out of stock of something then say it on the website. Other then that my friend loved the case I got her!

Had my keyring and phone case ordered together but delivered seperately. The issue was, they placed the phone screen protector inside the phone case and it was stuck, so by the time it came out it was broken. Not very clever to whoever packaged this together, and won't be ordering from here again.

My case broke after just 2 months. Guarantee only lasts for 30 days. The glue came unstuck and it looked like a very small smear to hold a heavy phone. Really upset as it cost $60 to get it to me - cute pattern but the quality of this product is really poor- don’t buy one!

Bought a lovely phone case but when it arrived it had a bit of loose stitching along the bottom seam .I took a photo and sent it to them and got a replacement straight away without having to send original back. So polite ,efficient and honour their product

Reasonable price and great quality product. I ordered the Lando helmet phone case and it looks great. Very durable. The shipping did take longer than anticipated but this was down to an influx in orders which just goes to show how popular the business is.

We made a custom print variant of a case my daughter wanted that was only available in America and cost more to ship that the case itself.
FunCases made an excellent job with the print and shipped it promptly and my daughter loves it more that case she initially wanted.
Will definitely shop here again and recommend to others.

Very cute and lovely designs. I ordered a phone case and I knew shipping could take a while, but after a week I received an email saying I had to pay an additional 14 euros in extra shipping costs because the UK is no longer part of the EU. I was not warned about this beforehand. This made made the case quite expensive. Once it finally arrived, I was very happy with it, until I discovered that I can no longer use contactless payment on my phone because of the case. Unfortunately, because the case was personalized with my initials, I was also unable to return it. A big disappointment.

The case itself looks nice and is as described but the quality is terrible. I ordered the flip case and the cards just don't stay in the holder and the fabric is coming away so cardboard is on display and looks awful. The magnet where the flip case sticks to the back of the case doesnt stay either. It feels like such a cheap case and it wasn't cheap.
Also ordered screen protectors, they don't stick properly onto phone, the fingerprint recognition does not work and they slide off. So disappointed and would never order again or recommend.

I ordered a case and there was a longer wait than expected due to a backlog over the Christmas period, which I completely understand — especially as a family-run business.
Sadly, the design has begun to peel off, which was disappointing. I contacted the company and received a response advising that as the purchase was over 30 days old, it fell outside of their guarantee period, although I was offered a voucher towards another purchase.
I replied to explain that due to a family bereavement, I wasn’t able to contact them sooner. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard back since, but I remain hopeful that a positive resolution can still be reached.

I have today been contacted and a replacement has been arranged. I am very grateful for their understanding of my situation. I know I will be buying from them again. Thank you.

The privacy screen protector doesn't work with fingerprint recognition. I emailed them to raise this complaint with them and they never responded.

ordered a personalised hoodie for a Christmas present. The order arrived late and when opened, the hoodie was a different colour to what had been ordered. I got sent a selection box by way of an apology? I have since tried to return the item for a full refund as promised, but they have now lost my return and no money has made it back to my account. Avoid at all costs

The flip phonecase half broke away from the hard back within a few weeks of use. Price paid $40.
Reached out to customer service and they offered me a 20% discount to buy another one. There is a 30 day refund policy but delivery to Australia took 2 weeks, I was just outside warranty period. There is a further 6 month UK product warranty for replacement for not meeting satifactory quality and Funcases.com is not following through with this.
Poor customer service. Don't waste your money with this company.
It was a Christmas present for my grandaughter. Very disappointing.

Dreadful experience with this company. Ordered daughter a case before Christmas, was sent the wrong one. Advised could exchange if not happy. Had to pay to return for exchange. Now customer services ignoring my emails and WhatsApp messages. Very disappointing and left hugely out of pocket. Avoid!!
