I purchased ten FUNKO POP dolls at a really cheap price. They arrived in a week to my house in excellent condition!

Offers well priced good quality unique products- especially fandom based! I recommend the company:) got a backpack and socks from here and both are lovely, especially the backpack.

My item was delivered and left in an open place right on my doorstep, it got stolen, evri admitted fault and fun. Com refused to help me get my refund from evri as parcel was delivered even though evri was willing to refund me fun. Com refused to assist in this 45 pounds lost

I was initially cautious about buying trademarked items over the internet because sometimes a licensed product is all nostalgia and no quality.

The products I received were great!

I highly recommend any of their "ugly" (gorgeous) sweaters. They aren't too heavy. The detailing is knitted into the fabric, not printed onto the surface.

The woven blanket was a little on the static-plastic texture side when compared to some pure cotton woven blankets I've gotten, but I still like it.

The fleece blanket design is printed onto the surface, so if I ruffle it, I see the white bases of the fibers. But when it's flat, the image is clear, and it's warm and wonderful.

Customer Service:
I ordered several items in one purchase (honestly to use the first time buyer discount code). A box showed up earlier than expected with all but one of the items. I contacted customer service to ask about the missing item, and the person I spoke with anticipated my query and had the answer ready: the final item was shipped from a different location and would be arriving soon. It was incredibly refreshing to contact customer service and speak directly with a human who had answers. I was gearing up for the typical modern customer support scenario (a long sequence of recordings directing me to press different numbers, followed by a person who didn't have full access and had to send me up a chain of managers with hold music and no real resolution), but I got a refreshing, brief, effective conversation with a knowledgeable person.

I am extremely disappointed with a purchase we made via FUN.com.au. I bought the Ghostbusters ghost trap for my son's 6th birthday, and it was heartbreaking to see his excitement turn into disappointment within two weeks of use. I ordered this in advance, knowing we were based in Australia and it was coming from the USA.

Firstly, the paintwork on the trap was botched and sprayed carelessly, which was the first red flag. There were no instructions included, making it a nightmare to figure out where to put the batteries. After finally managing to install the batteries, we discovered that there was no sound at all, only lights.

The trap is flimsy and made of cheap plastic. The trap door came off within the second week of use, making it unusable. This did not break through misuse, the trap itself started to split through the middle where it's joined in manufacturing.

The 14-day return policy for international customers is awful. Living in Australia, it took two weeks for the item to arrive, leaving no time to address any issues within the return window.

When I contacted customer support via chat to make them aware of all of these issue, and I supplied them with photos, I was basically told to go away because of the strict 14-day return policy.
At a loss of what to do - My partner tried to fix what he could and had to open the trap up completely. When he did he found that the wiring for the sound was not connected!! We then had to purchase a soldering iron to fix this issue ourselves.
After all of this - we were unable to fix the trapdoor. The door button does not work anymore.

We should not be in this position, rightfully we should have been able to exchange this item, considering all the faults I've listed here.

For the money we paid (Just shy of $100 Australian), this product is absolutely disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product / company at all costs.

I also note that FUN is VERY selective about what reviews go up, as I had previously left one about this item and it has not been included under the item.

Horrible company, pre ordered product in 2021. Never heard back about why I never received my product or refund. Been trying to get a refund for more than 2 years now. Stay away from this company.

I was really nervous about my first purchase with them, but I took the risk because I wanted some PJs they had in my size. It arrived pretty quickly despite what the tracking number said and I was pretty happy. I have been buying more frequently from them now that I know they are trust worthy!
