Intentional misleading
Intentional misleading. They lure you in with the word "free" then snag you by offering things for a few dollars. What really got me was the physical copy they promise of $9 shipping. I waited 3 months. When I reached out they said it was all digital and that it CAN be a physical copy if I print it out. The shipping fee was "actually a processing fee, which helps cover the costs associated with preparing and handling your digital order." I am super annoyed. I am usually pretty good at catching these scams.

Scam
They advertised a free book, after I pressed the purchase button, it changed from $0 to $9.99 for shipping…on a digital file. I literally saw it change and it was too late to stop the purchase. Customer support wasn’t helpful, kind, or even acted like they understood why I was frustrated.

How I got my money back!
How I got my money back from fun-study is by reporting them to their hosting company which is shopify
I simply googled "Report order issue shopify legal" and I wrote down my order completion link and immediately got contacted by shopify support team to help me fix that issue.
Most importantly is the order completion link where it contains the order number and everything, with that I was able to get my money back from them.
It's a total scam, they won't ship the book, and they say it's a free but you end up paying $15... and then extra $15 to get the book... and EVEN after paying this amount you won't get the actual book, the book is completely different than the one in the images...

But I got only pdfs that's it
I have sent several emails and also fill their contact us form ..no response ....
They don't even have any phone number to contact ..total scam... Be aware and I request google to take some action on this to avoid wasting others money ...

SCAMMERS!
They advertise free items when you put them on the cart, then they upsell with other items. I added other interesting items and I checked out ($US26). After I checked out, another window popped up
saying that I have to upgrade if I want it in color & not black & white. So I clicked. It charged me more than my original purchase (US$29). It was so confusing. After I went to my email, they sent me 2 digital files. So, the $29 was for different products & not the one that should be mailed. I sent them emails & they said that digital products can't be refunded!
What a shame. They're page says that they're a group of parents who wants to "sprinkle magic into the lives of the little ones".....& SCAMS OTHER PARENTS!

False advertising
False advertising, they advertise real books and even charge you a shipping fee only to tell you that the books are digital after payment with no option of return. These are scammers, beware of this theft strategy.

It's just a link, don't waste your money
They advertised showing the books and activities. After paying over 40 pounds, they tell me it's digital, refusing my money back. It's prohibitively expensive to print, so total waste. Shame on you !
