I needed an inventory management solution with woocommerce integration. FullStro is the right thing for me. But I think they can have more marketplace integrations.
I was searching for an all-in-one solution for my ecommerce business. All-in-one means website, order, customer, and inventory management, all in one place. All the different managements make me crazy, actually. After 3 years of my ecommerce journey, I found out about Fullstro. I have been using this platform for 1 year. It is good. It solves many things. But sometimes I feel it is a little bit slow or takes time to sync or buffer. But it gives perfect & error-free calculations.
As someone who's tested a bunch of inventory tools over the years, FullStro stands out as a genuinely good one—no fluff, just reliable performance. It handles multi-channel syncing smoothly, keeps everything organized without overwhelming you, and the interface is clean enough for beginners while packing enough features for pros. Support's on point too, but the real win is how it just works, freeing up time for what matters: growing the business. If you're in ecommerce, it's a smart pick—straightforward, effective, and worth trying.
I’m not very technical, but I wanted my own eCommerce website. Hiring a developer was expensive for me. With FullStro’s website builder, I managed to set up a decent-looking store on my own. It’s simple enough for someone like me to handle. I still plan to improve the design later, but at least I have a proper website now.
Running my business across Shopify and my own website was a daily headache. I used to oversell products because, back then what inventory management system I maintained didn’t update on time. That meant refund requests, angry customers, and even bad reviews.
Since switching to FullStro, the live inventory sync works instantly and notifies me if any product is getting low stock. Every sale, whether online or offline, instantly updates everywhere. No more awkward calls telling customers an item is out of stock. It saved my reputation a little bit.
The advanced segmentation tools in FullStro outstanding. I can target specific customer groups with precision, which boosted my repeat purchase rate significantly. Their interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t require technical expertise.
I do think a mobile app would enhance accessibility for entrepreneurs like me who travel often, but as it stands, the web platform is already very reliable.
I moved to FullStro’s Professional plan when scaling my Shopify store, and it’s been asolid decision. What impressed me is how well it integrates with Shopify. Onceconnected, I can manage everything from inside FullStro without constantly switchingback and forth. That alone has saved me a lot of time.Moreover, there’s one feature that I feel would add huge value: a follow-up system. Itwould help me nurture and better understand different customer groups, while alsoallowing me to assign specific employees to handle those groups individually. Thatwould make scaling even smoother.
Before using Fullstro, I used to feel like my online shop was running me instead of me running it. Every day I was buried in small tasks like checking orders, trying to follow up with customers, pulling reports manually. It worked when my store was small, but as sales grew, I started falling behind. I missed opportunities Simplify because I couldn't keep up.
I would urge any potential lifetime deal buyer/investor/early adapter to be super careful. Infact, I'd give their lifetime deal a wide berth. Save yourself the hassle. They will not honour the lifetime deal.
They will sell you a lifetime deal, rename that exact same lifetime deal plan tier, and gatekeep any new features and updates behind the newly named plan. I know this first hand because they unfortunately did this to me.
The plan you have no longer receives the accompanying updates it would have received originally.
I even went so far as to invest directly with them, off the original platform they offered the lifetime deal. By crediting them the full amount meant they received the full funds 100% as opposed to being subjected to a 50%-70% cut off that sale had I made the purchase via that lifetime deal platform. I thought I was doing them a goodwill favour and gesture in crediting them full funds.
This behavior and practice of unscrupulous vendors later renegading on an original plan is not true to everyone. Other vendors will respect their early adapters and investors. I still have lifetime deals 5 years on where I still get feature upgrades/limit increases or be grandfathered upon the original plan.
Here, barely a year has passed and the lifetime plan was renamed and features moved behind a new plan.
This is on top of the fact add-ons will cost you extra in subscription or lifetime costage. When you have 5/10/15/20 add-ons or more that cost stacks up super high. You are better off with something that already has that feature/capability bundled into one price already. And yes if you look hard, you will see tools in that realm. And they are established as well.
The software itself is still subpar compared to many other solutions on the market in this realm. This is always a risk over using something new and relatively untested against using long term established tools.

Your reply is intellectually dishonest.
The plan I purchased is an EXACT match to the now called 'EMPIRE' PLAN. The only difference, is that the new updates and features are now applied to this plan.
The plan I had, no longer receives these NEW updates despite being the EXACT same plan as the now called 'EMPIRE' plan. (I have screenshots of both the plan I purchased/the highest at the time and the screenshots of the now called 'EMPIRE' plan with the new updates to it.)
There is an apt and accurate description for the course of actions you took that is too readily recognised:
It is called gatekeeping new features.
The lifetime-deal tier (I have) was renamed and features moved behind the new plan.

This reply above from you is laughable, you realise this? I mean how does this help your point? It is very easy to prove the fact you have infact offered lifetime deals on the 'UNLIMITED' plan (now called the 'EMPIRE' plan).
You reference a text where you claim you will NOT sell 'UNLIMITED' plans for lifetime deal YET you have emailed out to various subscribers, and on your website not too long ago, this very offer!, 'UNLIMITED' plan for lifetime, the very plan in question!
I have actual screenshots of this email shot you sent out for the 'UNLIMITED' lifetime deal. Do you want me to post this out here? Seriously?
The previously named 'UNLIMITED' plan is now called the 'EMPIRE' plan and are identical., albeit updates to the 'EMPIRE' plan now excluded from what would have been the 'UNLIMITED' plan.
BTW, I am NOT referring to any new modules. I understand beyond a certain amount included in the lifetime plan, that new modules are available to purchase as extra add-ons.
HOWEVER, by naming the same plan to something else, you are and have included new features to the newly named plan that would have originally been included on the original purchased lifetime plan. One such update is the whitelable feature which you've skipped on what my plan would have included. That is just one example. You are going to include more features skipping what would have come on my plan.
Further, you had stated you will NOT offer any more lifetime deals, yet a year on, you are offering lifetime deals every other month that further raises the long term viability of your project financially as you are relying on revenue from a lifetime deal client base as opposed to generating revenue on a month recurring base from a long term client base that would supersede the need to offer any more lifetime offers.
