Full Metal Finance (FMF) is an Essex based finance broker with a twist; that we specialise in the construction, landscaping, civils and groundworks industries.

FMF’s services range from hire purchase to cash flow funding with everything in between. The vast range of services offered were designed with our customers in mind, as we realise that there is no universal finance solution that applies to all situations, so we always provide a highly personalised experience. This ethos has brought us a lot of success, shown by the fact that we are one of the fastest growing independent finance providers in the UK!

Our team consists of experienced Account Directors, each of whom have a keen interest of the construction, landscaping, civils and groundworks industries and have subsequently accumulated over 30 years of experience combined. This experience is fundamental to the success we have had so far, as we are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what we do.

Investment costs in new and used equipment can be extremely high, therefore structuring the finance agreement in the right way to minimise impact on cashflow is imperative. FMF treat every business with the same attention to detail, regardless of whether they’ve been around for 10 years or 10 days.

From the first enquiry to final approval, Full Metal Finance went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, offered a competitive rate, and delivered exactly what they promised. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly values its customers. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Excellent and Professional service.

We found ourselves to be in need for a loan to finance a new project. Full Metal Finance were absolutely great, especially Louis Taylor from Loan Options. He was helpful, kept us fully informed of the progress of our application and thoroughly professional. We would highly recommend this company. Excellent service. Thank you.

Started very good but when something is not right they turn there back on you
Don’t use these

As a Fianace company you think you are covered in all eventualities but yes I bought a car as within 2days the engine failed and Full metal fianace didn’t want to know were most companies would covered for this things but this company joke

We signed docs over to you BUT at not one point was we ever spoken to regard what we was signing and we was never explained the loan EVER

Do the deal and Run comes to mind
If I was a non company I would have been cover by LAW we are in talks with Lawyers as we was Missold everything

Thanks for your feedback, however of course this is not the feedback we wish to hear. We do appreciate the comments so that we can look to improve.

We understand your frustration with the vehicle, however we arrange the finance only and do not get involved with the sale of the vehicle. The vehicle you purchased was completely your choice.

We therefore feel that your frustration is likely aimed at the dealer who sold you the vehicle.

Nonetheless, we wish you the best and hope that you can resolve the vehicle issue with the dealer.

As a Limited company, you are not offered the protection of the Consumer Credit Act and therefore the same protections do not apply. This was explained in our correspondence and the lender documentation that was signed.

You also signed a Suppier Waiver document confirming that you were responsible for choosing the supplier and understood the risks involved in using your chosen supplier.

To reaffirm, we arrange the finance and not the sale of the vehicle. We kindly ask for you to refer back to the dealer you purchased the vehicle from for assistance in resolving the issue under manufacturers warranty.
