As a business owner with ADHD - this planner is the only one that does the trick for me. Also , the customer service are the best! Last year my package got lost and they went above and beyond to replace it asap. Its worth every penny!
This company has excellent planners. However, they have no means of getting in contact with them. They have no email. They have no correct phone number listed on their website. And they have no correct directions for canceling planner subscriptions. Once they have your credit card, that's it. You're done and they sit back and hope your subscription payments for their planners goes on auto-pilot for them. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ha! the f^ck^rs from fullfocusplanners made their very expensive planners by...quarters! Ha! such a BS. One planner costs 40 $, if you multiply this by 4 you get 160$ + delivery for a year. Will definitely look for something more honest and less expensive!
Great product. I had a problem with the delivery driver leaving my planners outside where they suffered water damage. The customer service team solved the problem in the space of a few minutes.
Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. The Facebook groups set up by this arm of the Michael Hyatt brand refuse to allow dissenting viewpoints. Customers are gaslighted, then blocked, if they disagree with the moderators. Michael Hyatt refuses to intervene - that's what he calls being a "Vision Driven Leader." Oh, and he also blocks people on social media who complain.
