Andre cut me a deal to get both confirmed in next block, and 15 minutes later each tx had its first confirmation after 18 days of nothing. I trusted their service and I was not wrong
A few minutes after making the payment to speed up my stuck transaction I received an email from André (BlockChain engineer). Due to the complexity of the transaction (it was a two currency swap) I had to do it myself. Thanks to André's great assistance you can do it without problems.
He assisted me patiently and early in the morning, like a friend, until I was able to finalize my transaction. I can't think of a better service for this objective than Btcaccelerators, I searched many websites, and this was the most competitive in price, and as I have seen, the service is excellent.

Be careful when dealing with this site. I paid the required amount to them, and after paying, I received an email to contact them on Telegram. After communicating with them, they informed me that I had to pay an additional amount!! He asked me if I had the keys to the wallet that I received in order to find a solution to the problem, knowing that this was not true, so I completely refused and demanded a return of the amount, and he actually returned the amount to me, but what is certain is that they are deceivers. Your feedback contained numerous false claims, and now you have created a second account to repeat the same actions.
We want to know if you have used our service, so please double-check that you were using our services and not redirected. Could you please provide proof of your attempts to contact us? You stated that this happened on September 18th (Sunday) and you mentioned that you requested a refund and received it the same day. How is that possible? Our billing team only operates from Monday to Thursday. This is the first mistake you made. Can you edit this feedback and provide us with a screenshot where you claim that we requested the private key? Such a request is strictly prohibited in our business, and we do not engage in such practices. We would be more than willing to investigate this matter. However, from our perspective, there is no evidence of any contact request from your side or any emails, which strongly suggests that you are engaging in fraudulent activities with the intent to harm us by spreading false claims.
Please be aware that we were actively addressing the concerns raised in your feedback, and if necessary, we will pursue legal action.

Andre went above and beyond
Andre went above and beyond. He taught me how to use Electrum and how you can finely tune your experience with BTC transactions. I had made an ordinal sale and the buyer had 0.15 BTC but set a very low fee which was obviously intentional. I won’t speculate more but for sure it was malicious. This in effect made my sale useless. Andre helped me rectify this, stayed with me every step of the way and taught me something. BTC Accelerators is legit! Most others are scams so it’s honestly not worth taking your chances. Trust me because I got scammed first before using this service. Amazing experience! Please only use them when your transaction is stuck.
