Fuelwise have been the best that we have encountered. They check if there's any anomaly usage and Robert is great to interact with. There's regular check ins and the help has been fabulous.

Prices constantly creep up and at the…
Prices constantly creep up and at the moment I can get diesel 6 cent per litre cheaper down here at the pumps.
I refuse to use the fuelwise card when I'm being overcharged!
To make things worse I'm being billed €2.44 when i don't use the card.
I will not be using the card until it's worthwhile doing so.
I think fuelwise won't be used again by my business if it stays like this.

If you could contact the office on 081 8181 810 our team will be more than happy to look at your prices and check what more we can do for you.
As you will know, global fuel prices continue to fluctuate and with different buying patterns from pumps (we buy daily and they buy once every 4, 5 or 6 weeks) there will always be the chance for a difference in price. We are always happy to look at your price.
Regarding the €2.44 per month, this is an optional product called Fleet Control & Insights. It is free for the first three months and then €0.99 ex vat per card per month.
Communication via email is sent at the end of month two, advising you of the option to remove it and how to go about this. If you would like to contact us to get it removed we will be more than happy to help.

Great Company Great Communication
Great company to deal with, Emmett who works there keeps in weekly contact with us and is consistantly competive against every other fuel company, Emmett will also review our companys usage and will follow up if he feels there are any concerns, Fuelwise are now our prefered fuel supplier.

Paid all my diesel on what I owed then they wanted 500 pounds upfront saying i would get it back never heard of anything like that before got quotes for other ones that seem better

NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SERVICE
Maybe im the only one but i have had a terrible service and today still cant use my card
Started with a phone call and i answered all the questions and told the lady DO NOT send this card to my accountants address 48 miles away send the card to my home address and after waiting over 2 weeks for my card yes you guessed it the card went to my accountants address
I then sent an email to them complaining
I then waited a further 2 weeks for a second card to come to my home address why there postal service takes literally weeks to come from NI to Scotland i don't know ?????
I then went to use my 2nd card and queued up at the petrol station only to be told the 2nd card had been declined and was not working not even got to using my pin number,
I then emailed fuelwise to vent my frustration and i got a phone call saying they were looking into this and a full week later nobody has got back to me so i have cut up both cards and put them along with all there paperwork in the bin where they belong,
totally fed up with my bad experience and i certainly would not recommend Fuelwise which has been a bad experience from the start
this is an open and honest feedback reply from myself

At the start Fuelwise was cheaper but…

Good billing system and on time but need to look at your prices again
Can you send quotes with vat included so I don’t have to work out the vat every time
