Non-delivery and no contact info
Ordered a cigar case for $42.95 on Mar 25, 2026. Email messages stated that the package was delivered to my mailbox on April 17, 2026. However, no package was delivered and there is no way to contact the company to register a complaint of no delivery or receive a refund. Rip-Off.
Great service and pricing
Fruugo had the product I wanted. The price was great. I could track my order. And it arrived in time! I'm happy with this company.

I was a little worried with it coming from another country and it being from a website I wasn’t familiar with, but no complaints. It took longer to come since it was coming from another country but it came even quicker than originally predicted! And it came before I actually needed it so I’m super happy with it. It took around 2 weeks to arrive which is really fast in my opinion for over seas mail! Super happy with the quality. It’s actually nicer quality than the original one I was trying to find. No complaints here! I would buy from this website again!
I received it. I do have a problem and don't know what it is. I put my Roomba on the charger and it only charges for about 2 minutes and shuts off. So, it isn't charging the Roomba. Help!!
I received it. Personally, I thought it took a long time to get here, as I ordered it March 18, and I received it April 7. However, it was the correct item that I ordered.

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform and would strongly advise caution before purchasing.
I received a completely different product from what was advertised. The brand, ingredients, packaging, and intended use were all different from the original listing. This was not a minor variation—it was an entirely different item and a clear case of “item not as described.”
When I contacted the seller, they admitted the product was a substitute and offered only a partial refund. I had to clearly push for either the original item or a full refund.
The situation became even more frustrating due to slow and ineffective customer support. Despite providing clear evidence (including the seller’s own admission), I had to follow up multiple times over more than a week. Initially, support did not properly review the case and asked for repeated clarification.
I also noticed that the product listing appeared to have been changed after my purchase, which is concerning.
Final outcome: A full refund was issued, but only after multiple escalations and persistent follow-ups.
Overall, while I eventually received my money back, the process was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. Based on this experience, I would recommend being very cautious when ordering from this platform, as you may face similar issues if something goes wrong.

Buyer beware
Overcharged, listed one price, charged another, and charged VAT for shipping within America. When I asked them about it, they blamed me for not catching it before I ordered.

First-Class Experience
We came across Bonna Dinerware at our favorite Turkish restaurant in Georgia; we liked so much that we researched it and we were able to find the dinnerware that we loved to have in our home which we selected a 24 piece Esnaf. Since the order, there has been great communication and informing the progress of delivery which overall was pretty speedy even coming from overseas. We received our well packaged and sealed box last night and no doubt we were extremely pleased with the dinnerware. Beautifully crafted and very well made for dinnerware designed for restaurants, but it is definitely something to have in your own home. My humble opinion; “First-Class” experience.
NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT IS LISTED
I’m very very disappointed with what I received it is nothing like described in the post, the product doesn’t even look remotely similar. I ordered an aluminum case and received a plastic case that look NOTHING like the pictures on the item they are selling. $70 for PLASTIC? A case that I could have bought off Amazon for fraction of the price. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE OF THIS WEBSITE. Save your hard earned money and look elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. I need a refund.

Purchased Hat From Europe
I was mostly concerned about fraud. Not getting my hat or receiving a damaged hat and then having to jump through a bunch of hoops to get my money back. In fact, the hat arrived in perfect condition. And though I did not love the 22-day delivery time, Fruugo sent me mail tracking updates every few days, so I knew that my package had not slipped through the cracks. Overall, an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to use Fruugo again.
