Fantastic service!
I have just picked my I-Mac up from these guys, I have to say they are the most polite, professional and competent company. I have used them a couple of times and really appreciate the local touch, it is much more pleasant than using a large retailer. I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody and will certainly use them again in the future.

Fantastic Customer Service
I split water all over my Mac, the guys were able to fit me in as I had a deadline and I got it back the next day.
Great communication - was updated at every step of the way.
All the staff were really friendly, answered all my questions and explained everything to me.
Customer service was fantastic & would highly recommend!

Had an iMac that I wanted a SSD upgrade to, dropped off and said I was in no great hurry but it was still done quickly an efficiently. Nice people and good customer service would definitely recommend

Fruit Geek just revived my Macbook air which I was previously told was irrepairable. This was in record time. They were so friendly and informative. I am so so happy as I can now complete several projects whose deadlines were looming. I highly recommend their professional and friendly services to everyone. I sincerely appreciate your work.

Great service
Great service. Fruit Geek fixed my iMac and saved my data for a reasonable price and within a quick timeframe. I was kept informed every step of the way and given options on how to proceed. This was my first time using Fruit Geek and they are now my go-to people for any issues with my iMac.

Really happy with the customer service
Really happy with the customer service, speed of repair and the price, the information given regarding my repair was simple and clear to understand. My MacBook Pro is now running really well. I would highly recommend.

My iMac lives on.....
My iMac hard drive had died. I thought I would need to buy a new iMac but then I found Fruit Geek. What a find it was! A new hard drive was installed which is super fast and all my data restored. James kept me informed every step of the way and I had the Mac back within a week. So much cheaper than buying a new Mac. James and his team are stars! will be recommending to friends and family.

Excellent customer service and repair...
I have an early 2011 MacBook Pro that was running extremely slow. A quick visit to Fruit Geek and 24 hours later, my MacBook Pro is now running like a thoroughbred race horse. Thanks so much to James and Fruit Geek for sorting out my MacBook...

A great company for Mac issues
What a great team. I spilled liquid on a 10-year-old laptop and they called me back after contacting them online with advice on how to limit the damage before I could drop it off. The drop off was Covid-19 friendly and once they had had a chance to examine the laptop, called me with clear options. I opted to buy new rather than repair due to the age of the previous laptop and they price-matched a military discount on the Apple store and then set up my new computer to match my previous laptop. They also extracted my old hard drive for me. No data was lost at all. They were very friendly and professional throughout, communicated well and I would definitely recommend them for Mac issues. Thank-you!

Apple service. Not Apple costs.
It's a wonderful thing to find someone who can work with Apple without charging the Apple price. Fruit Geek identified my problem immediately (although it was a bit odd) and fixed it with no hassle. The nice touch was the fact that my grubby MacBook came back fully cleaned
