Nobody does a Members Voluntary Liquidation very often so the level of support received from Kerry and Frost Group was vital. The few queries I raised saw swift, helpful responses and the process progressed to a very satisfactory conclusion.

We needed to carry out an MVL for our company - It had not debt and had ceased trading, therefore we wanted to extract the money as a capital disbursement.

This has all be done and completely handled - We are very happy with the process.

I was slightly hesitant about appointing Frost group because they were not the MVL agent my accountant recommended and I was worried there would be delays as a result. Possibly even higher costs.

This has been my first experience with a company MVL and I’m very glad that I chose Frost Group. There is much more to closing a company than I realised but throughout the process Frost Group could not have been more prompt or efficient. Emails were always replied to clearly and the same working day. Telephone calls were answered straight away by a human being (Kerry, in fact) - how often does that happen these days?! - with courtesy and helpfulness. My initial research suggests that Frost Group represents excellent value for money. They have a very clear, tiered fee structure which varies with the size/complexity of the liquidation and I suspect this makes them very competitive; certainly, they had the lowest quote I was offered.
