Quite disappointed
Quite disappointed. The coffee arrived in a poor bag that wasn't sealed (just folded closed), so would have been influenced by the delivery conditions. It also didn't arrive with any "roasted on" date and seemed quite stale. Maybe their target market is supermarket buyers who don't mind older beans but I expect a decent roaster to send out within a week from roasting. I would rather buy fresh elsewhere and donate to the NHS. All that said, it didn't only get 1 star as the taste wasn't bad. Probably would have been thrilled if fresh.

Good Afternoon Alan, I am really sorry about your experience with our coffee. Our bags are dispatched in this way, folded over with a label as they are recyclable. This is something we are currently in the process of improving to ensure the coffee is as fresh as possible on arrival and not influenced by the delivery journey. With regards to the roast date stamp, i can assure you the coffee would have been dispatched within a week of roasting. Due to social distancing and operating a safe environment we are only roasting twice a week and not running to our normal process which is why the date may have been missed off.

Very responsive from clicking the order button to drinking my first cup of frontline was 48 hours. I am so impressed l have ordered another 100 bags
They're so much better than instant, and convenient when l am covering the Night shift as a Blood Bikes Duty Controller.

I am a frontline worker myself
I am a frontline worker myself, working for the nhs and am always looking to support companies with a sound ethos.
The coffee is delicious, I find the coffee bags really useful for busy days working on the ward and the signature roast is my favourite for a lazy weekend morning.

Frontline is a coffee drinkers dream, a hidden gem in the world of profit hungry corporations. Frontline does coffee right. Locally sourced beans, hand crafted in the UK and recyclable bags.
Well balanced, smooth and with a rich taste and smell, the signature roast has fast become my go to with Frontline Coffee.
Add to all of the above, the profits support our Frontline services, this is a start up I hope continues to excel.
