The procedure was easy and stress-free thanks to Frontline Book Publishing. Throughout my experience as a first time author their staff was helpful, professional, and accommodating.
This company is a scammer!
They owe me $150 for something I didn’t approve and they said they sent my money by editing a receipt which I know it was a fake receipt!
I hope you feel good with that money and I know you will go bankrupt soon!

Liars. They didn’t do anything they promised. Didn’t design the book cover. Didn’t put us on 20 websites—put us on 1! Nightmare editing process. All AI! Took 7 months to publish. Was promised six weeks by Thomas Marks. No notice at all for launch date—so missed all pre-sale promo & marketing ops. . Was promised a refund for half of what I pad from Chase—who claims he’s the owner. Didn’t happen. That was over a month ago! Have called him, Sarah Thomas, Thomas Marks and the office multiple times a day every day for a month. Lie after lie after lie. These people are liars and cheats. That do not deliver on anything they promise. Run from these liars!! Worst experience of my life dealing with these thieves.

Right from the beginning of the process with the initial phone call to get started revising my book, we were treated with professional respect and courtesy. Frontline understood the horrific problem with the prior company's incompetence. Those original manuscript files they sent into Amazon books were riddle with errors. Sarah W. and her team @FLW went over and above the time and energy used to revise the manuscript. They smoothed over ALL the errors that we requested/required in a timely manner. Sarah even helped to calm my frustration most writers seem to incur. Now that the new edition is live, she and her crew continue to help even after the fact that the job was completed esp.working to deleting the old version listed online along with correcting the listed pricing. Janet and I {my personal editor} highly recommend Sarah and Frontline Writers.
