Very friendly and helpful service
Very friendly and helpful service. Did a good job with installation. One of the glass panes was slightly damaged but it was immediately replaced the next day with a new one with no hesitation. Also more than happy to come out and make a few minor adjustments to the door which was catching slightly but now works perfectly.
Very happy with the both the customer service and job quality provided and will probably use again.

I ordered two bay windows from Frontier Windows, i found the experience very professional and the fitting was very tidy. The sales person was very polite, took the time to understand my requirements and was responsive to my questions once the order had been placed.
The survey was completed promptly and they were very flexible with payment options.
Th install took 1.5 days. The installers turned up on time and did a very good job. Vick did the final inspection and issued a FENSA ID. I have been impressed with the sound proofing of the windows so far and am overall happy with the experience and quality. I would recommend them for anyone looking for new windows.

Great work start to finish
Great work start to finish, the vet completed 23 windows and a composite door in Anthracite grey flush windows. they’ve been here for 4 days and taken their time to make sure every single detail is perfect. Any tiny damage was looked at and sorted, as well as some extras we asked the boys which was appreciated. I couldn’t Reccomended them more. Sam initially came for the quotation and worked out a good deal for me with their feature home promotion, then Vik came and surveyed the job and gave me some good recommendations. And then the cherry on the cake was Danny and his fitting team. Neat, polite and a hard worker. I thought the work would take at least 7-8 days but they stayed longer on most days to make sure it’s done correctly and on time. I’ve had windows changed in other properties before but this was a different level of service. I highly recommend Frontier Windows.

Professional finish.
Guys turned up on time, immediately got to work by first protecting areas that they would be traveling through (very important) finished 4 windows in a day! Windows look great, they also cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with their work. Great customer service who checked with me if I was happy.

Very competitive in price, quality & workmanship
This company was the best in price & actually there product is just as good as the others if not better. I had over 6 different companies. I did my due diligence so glad.
Great bunch of lads that fitted the windows & doors. Respected the property. Kept it clean, finish is perfect. This company from start to finish 👌🏼. 1st the sales man to the point no time wasting, not like all the others 1hrs later going through the same thing 10 times. Surveyors again went through everything, even advised what would work better. Perfect. Finally the fitter, great. I would 100% recommend this
company.

No customer service
No customer service. We had new windows and doors from Frontier windows. The kitchen door could not lock properly as it needed alignment. It cannot lock at the moment, and this is dangerous for the house. It more than a month that I am trying to contact them, but they do not respond despite all emails and messages. The installation was done two months ago and if I call another technician, I will lose the guarantee. Stay away!!!
22/6/2026. Nothing really happened. Just a phone call with promising that someone was going to come. Their concern was to delete the review.
Amazingly bad service.

Really pleased with my new windows and…
Really pleased with my new windows and doors. I had gone ahead with another company but Awais from Frontier came in and offered me a better looking product and a more competitive quote. He gave me a lot more information and didn't seem like he was just after my money, but cared about what he was selling. After going ahead with the the surveyor Vik came out and measured everything for up for me, and gave me a lot of suggestions to improve the ventilation and safety in the property. After installation I've realised how much the windows needed changing. Their fitter Robin was here at 9:00 sharp with all the windows and doors, and worked till late to complete the job. They were tidy, professional and efficient. The house is actually cleaner than when they started in the morning. Great team, great service. If anyone is considering them in the Guildford area you are more than welcome to come to my property to see the final product. Id rate them higher if I could.

Hi William,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review — it genuinely means a lot to all of us.
We’re especially pleased that you gave us the opportunity after initially choosing another company. It’s great to hear that Awais was able to provide not only a more competitive option, but also the clarity and confidence you needed to make the right decision for your home. We always aim to focus on what’s best for the customer, not just the sale, so your comments really reflect what we stand for.
It’s fantastic to hear that Vik’s survey added value too. His attention to detail and suggestions around ventilation and safety are such an important part of ensuring the final result isn’t just visually appealing, but also practical and long-lasting.
We’ll also be sure to pass your kind words on to Robin — arriving on time, working efficiently, and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace are standards we take seriously, so it’s great to hear that came through so clearly on your installation. Finishing the job to a high standard while leaving your home even cleaner than when we arrived is exactly what we aim for.
Most importantly, we’re delighted that you can already feel the difference your new windows and doors have made. That’s what it’s all about — improving comfort, efficiency, and the overall feel of your home.
Your willingness to recommend us and even offer your home as a reference in the Guildford area is incredibly appreciated — that level of trust means everything to us.
Thank you again for your support, William. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here to help.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
Update- Thank you for your reply. For clarity the review is not just related to the delay but bigger issue which is the quality of the output and finish which I have set out below. I'd be very happy to provide more information on this.
------
Very disappointing experience. The installation took a lot longer than planned. We got home to a job that had been left unfinished, which once completed, they had to return for remedial works because the finish was so poor.
We were not walked through the external finish before final payment, and only discovered the issues ourselves uneven mortar, messy sealing, cracks, damage and obvious poor patch repairs.
We’ve since had to get an independent contractor to fix quite few issues which has added to our cost.
Communication has been poor throughout, particularly from their main person who oversaw the installation and the response to all of the issues was a £50 voucher.
Their customer service and aftercare is poor and difficult to resolve.
To clarify, the delay itself was not the main issue. The concern is the quality of the finish and the need for multiple visits to reach the current position
Would not recommend this company.

Dear Ms Niva Reitz,
Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points to provide a full and accurate picture.
Firstly, we do apologise that the installation took longer than the initial three-day estimate. This delay was due to an unforeseen family emergency, as our lead fitter had a family member suffer a stroke, which was communicated to you at the time. Despite this, we offered to complete the work the following Monday with an alternative team. However, at your request for the work to be completed sooner, the same fitter returned on Sunday to ensure everything was finished as quickly as possible.
Following completion, a small amount of patchwork was identified and was resolved within three days to our usual standards.
Regarding your request for compensation, we have already offered a £50 goodwill gesture. Your request for £500 relates to external painting; however, as outlined in our terms and discussed prior, we do not carry out painting work. Minor making-good is included, but decoration is not part of our service.
While we always aim to resolve matters amicably, we cannot agree to compensation demands of £500, particularly where they fall outside the scope of our agreed work, and we do not consider it appropriate to make such payments in response to the threat of a negative review.
While we regret the delay caused by exceptional circumstances, we acted promptly to complete and rectify all works. We respect your right to share your experience, but felt it important to present the full context.
Kind regards,
Frontier Windows LTD
