Extremely convenient, you take the quiz online. I did mines via Instagram and was approved. It’s delivered right to your home every month. I feel that is affordable and they are always giving discounts as well. You can always text or chat with someone and they get back to you super fast. It’s been effective for me I have lost weight and this is my second month. My overall experience has been amazing and I haven’t had any issues at all. I recommend it.
