I am still waiting for your engineering team to get back to me. I'm dealing with Anirudh Krishnan and he has reported my issue to the Freshworks engineering team. I also requested a call with the engineering team but am still waiting one week later.
Very good. We only had minor issues and they were dealt by the support team immediately.
For the last year, we haven't had any issues where we needed support. Last year I asked for some clarifications and they were given to us within the day

How a company that provides support service has such a terrible support! NO ONE, EVER, gives you a reply. Ever. They have a phone number in their website that is just a machine telling you to go to the chat. You go to the chat, and they only create a "ticket" for you, that after FIVE DAYS is not answered yet. Disgraceful company, it only makes you waste time. The "good" reviews are evidently from their own employees. It was a waste of time.
no Export/Backup function for notes and attachements
The Ticket system "Freshworks" has no Export/Backup function for notes and attachements. That means you can not backup all of your work within the tickets, regarding notes and attachements.

THE WORST!!!
This is the third CRM I've used and by far the WORST! This thing has a multitude of issues. One is that it randomly and intermittently will scramble contact info and place your leads into the wrong status, lifestyle stage, automation sequence etc. I had had leads from the integrated forms not come in at all or come in in the wrong place. The integrated phone system does not ring half the time so I don't know I have calls. The phone doesn't work for call out unless you manually add a +1 to each number manually. I had to figure out that to use both SMS and phone dial out that I had to have that prefix. The sorry tech support was clueless on why the features didn't work. I've had numerous tech issues that they were never able to resolve after having tickets in for weeks. The ones that were solvable, I figured out on my own. This software will make your life a full headache and possibly ruin your business and reputation. If you have workflows and sequences, be aware it WILL randomly place your contacts into the wrong ones and have people getting correspondence that is not relevant to them while also not getting them the correspondence you expected them to. That's a disaster waiting to happen and Im already dealing with it. I'm sick of sending them screen shots, trying it in an incognito window, and all other troubleshooting. We really dread even opening Freshsales as it's inevitable that we are going to find some weird random issue every time. As soon as I can get my data migrated and rewrite my automation workflows and all in a more trusted platform, I'm outta there.

There have been ups and a couple of glitches, but some team member inparticular have been outstanding.
Roshini is a real credit to her organization and deserves a huge recognition for this. Thank you for always going the extra mile straight away, especially when I've found it hard to even get through to other support people.

Sorry, I don't want to ruin anything for anyone. Just got to say that it was an all bad experience.
It's a system that's "almost there" in so many aspects, that in the end, it's a huge timewaster!!!
UX, customer care that turns every freaking question into a ticket and wastes hours and hours of waiting time.
I was reading a bunch of reviews before trying it out. But it seems that only the 1-2 star ones are for real. I truly have no clue why anyone would give them high ratings!
Hopefully, they will be there someday. But they're really not there yet.

Terrible, I lost days of work feeding the system and when the trial is over it doesn't let me update the account and pay to keep using it.
It's been 3 days that I opened a support ticket and nobody answers me.
This caused me at least 5 days of losses having to redo all the work on another platform.

We use Freshsales where I work and it is just a nightmare, our manager spends her day fixing the constant issues and we constantly loose time on the phones, which translates to us loosing sales and loosing our commission. There is only one team you can contact and they are just as useless as the system they work on. I would never recommend Freshsales in any circumstance to anyone.

I wish I'd read the reviews before buying - for a company that says they help others interact with customers etc they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They ask for the same information over and over again, they ignore refund requests and just generally don't fix any issues.

This Software fail on simple issues like registration and others too, but that's not the worst, the support is very poor and does not answer and it's very very very slow. It's the worst option I make.

One of the worst produts I came across and a very good example of a product that doesn't match the expectations! Unbeliavable bugs, support service takes forever to fix issues, clear lack of professionalism and know of of some agents.
One thing they are good, though: product image and how they advertise features.
Too bad the expectations go down the drain once you start using the product and the support service.

I don't believe in 1-star reviews unless there is a very good reason for one.
Back in March I started paying for their product. This was 1 month into trying to get onboarded. I reached out to them multiple times but they said X would be handling my onboarding process. That person never responded and I'm not sure they really existed.
I requested they cancel one of the products as one wasn't actually what I need in April and it never happened.
In July I submitted a formal cancellation/refund request as they failed to cancel my products earlier. A few days later I had a phone call with their retention specialist which after 6 attempts to keep me as a customer finally said they would work on cancelling and refunding my money.
30 days later they said they were still working on it. I noticed that they were now billing me 3 times instead of 2 times a month. I followed-up requesting they fix this immediately and they did not respond.
I wasn't going to review their product back in July but as this has continued to move in the wrong direction I believe it deserves the negative review.

Beware of Unauthorised Charges
We have had an account for almost two years. We emailed to inquire about new services they advertised and Freshworks upgraded our plan without authorisation and charged our account the same day. Trying to resolve this unauthorised charge was time consuming and fraught.
FRAUDERS
Tried to charge my credit card for 1063.25 $ CA when trying to add 5$ to Freshcaller in credits (in the trial), the support doesn’t call me back…
My bank noticed my the next day that someone tried to make another charge and froze my bank account..

Beware of fake reviews - Basic features are not working
Beware of fake reviews. Check the dates and accounts of the great reviews. They are all done during the same days.
I tested their software and have to say that the basic functionality is not working properly. During a few days of testing, I couldn't get basic features of the software to run, e.g. workflows are not triggered correctly. This is THE most basic feature and necessary for most automations! Support reacted quickly but couldn't do much. They have obviously many problems on a technical level right now.
Don't waste your time setting everything up.
