I’ve bought a couple of things from Freshtripe now and they’ve been very good. They always ship out quickly and when there was a problem with the courier recently Sam went out of his way to fix the issue. Fantastic customer service, I’ll be shopping there again.

I've placed several order in the last couple of weeks and the items are always despatched incredibly quickly, usually arriving the next day. Fantastic service and great range of products. I'm keen to support the smaller stores and with this level of service, they're my go to for a wide range of kit.

Service is 10/10 and the staff are super friendly, If you order something you’ll no doubt get it the next day.

Great website and customer service. I bought a bike rack and exchanged a few emails with the owner who was responsive and really helpful with my questions. Once I placed the order it was shipped the same day and arrived the next day. I will definitely use them again.

I’ve had a great experience with these guys each time I’ve shopped. This is mainly down to their excellent range of products, they really have considered the range extremely well, and also how they’re presented on the website.

Came across the shop when looking for a velo orange neutrino xxl.
Had a question about post brexit shipping, as I'm situated in the EU. Question was answered very quickly and friendly.
Frame was quickly shipped and well packed.

I really like the selection of parts they offer. If it wasn't for the hassle of import this would probably be my new go-to store for fine bike parts.

I ordered some Velo Orange parts yesterday morning and they arrived today even though they were supposed to take 48 hours, good service from Freshtripe and Parcelforce.

Really helpful advice and prompt delivery response from this company. A very quick turnaround from a small business who looks after their customers. Sam was really friendly and dedicated to making sure I got the right mudguards for my bike. Will use again

Really needed a certain bicycle part, so ordered from 3 separate shops. Although I'm located in The Netherlands, Freshtripe was by far the quickest. Will be ordering here again!

Quick delivery of my Velo Orange crank set. I damaged the item myself during installation and contacted Sam who was brilliant, he offered me a solution to my issue which I’m more than happy with. First class customer service

Had some lovely bike bits coming, that got delayed in the post, and Sam at Freshtripe was really communicative to check if I’d received anything and to help me, if I needed it, chat to Royal Mail.
Everything came In the end, quite late, nothing to do with the guys there, and they were being really cool about it.
