I am generally happy with the quality of work and the overall effort — I do like the work being done.

However, my main concern is that I have provided a large number of items, both higher-value pieces and smaller ones, on consignment for quite some time now, but the sales have been very slow.

The lower-priced items in the £5–£10 range did sell within a reasonable timeframe, which was positive. Unfortunately, the higher-priced items have not sold yet, and there has been no clear progress or indication regarding their sale so far.

Overall, I am satisfied with the work and appreciate the efforts being made. That said, if sales performance can be improved further, it would make the collaboration even better.

At the moment, I am hesitant to add more stock, as a considerable amount of my inventory is still with you and may require additional time to sell. Once the current stock is sold, I would be much more comfortable continuing and expanding our work together.

Bought a pair of shoes, which were brand new in the box (with dust jacket, original store receipt, and authenticity certificate included). Shoes were great and exactly as described. I initially had a few issues with the return of items I previously purchased, but the seller communicated with me and we resolved the issue, leading to me getting these shoes.

Wish I could give an account on my experience - the issue is there is no experience. I sent in a submission for a quote on 30/11 and got a confirmation email that stated I would receive a response within 48h. It's been 11 days since then and I have followed up via email (4/12) and through the online contact form a few days ago (Yes, I have checked my spam folder like the automatic response email suggests). It's fine if they aren't interested in my item but consistently ignoring any attempt at contact is frustrating.

Edit: After I posted this review, customer support reached out to me with some context and soon after, a quote. I have since amended my rating. Though I do not know if I will accept the quote at this time, I appreciate that they followed up with me.

Does what it says on the tin, tried with Vinted but they wont sell branded expensive items. This site was fab, fast easy process.
