With the FreightorGator LTL Freight Exchange, you can easily view shipping quotes from top-rated carriers and browse carrier reviews from other shippers – all for free. It gets better, every LTL shipment you book through FreightorGator only costs you a flat fee of $25. Every time. No more guessing on rates, no more games, just back to business. Some of you might know us as ShipX Freight. So, why did we change our name? FreightorGator is a catchy alliteration which says new and different. It is time for our name to match the mold-breaking, time saving and cost saving online service we provide to help small business simplify their LTL shipping. In the spirit of alliteration, we are saying LATER to the LTL middleman, LATER to high freight prices for small business, LATER to complicated obscure and ambiguous rates from 3PLs, and LATER to endless, time-wasting phone conversations with freight brokers. FreightorGator is the new way to compare LTL freight rates, book and track LTL shipments. In the military, Gator Freighters are a common term for an amphibious assault ship, used to deliver troops and equipment to beaches. We are on an all-out assault on high freight rates, giant 3PL commissions, long phone conversations and complicated freight-centric lingo. But wait. Didn’t you misspell “FreightOR?” Well, yes. We did it on purpose. OR is to remind you that we provide you with choices. FreightorGator offers the most competitive rates and quality reviews from the leading carriers. FreightorGator is the simple, low-cost, no-nonsense way to quote and book LTL freight.

Very good pricing and customer support.
We have used several brokers over the years and have found FreightGator to have the most consistently competitive rates than the others. If/when an issue should arise, they handle them quickly.

Great First Experience
We used FreightorGator for the first time on a shipment last week going to a remote business location without access to a forklift or dock doors. Not only was FreightorGator's price about $400 than our broker but we didn't experience a single issue through transit. Once I booked the order, I did not have to communicate with the FreightorGator team once and then received the delivery confirmation e-mail last night.

I was only disappointed because there was $120 charge for coming in to get the boxes and I did not know the delivery on the other end so marked inside delivery. So there was a $240 charge total for
The $240 charge for picking up and delivering inside should have been explained better. I know now - that I should have not marked it that way - according to the Fed Ex driver. I took the packages out to him and delivery was a business that had a delivery area. So there was no need for this charge. I fee this should be credited back.

Finally, can ship things at a reasonable cost. Most of my clients pay for shipping my products to them, ie Amazon, Cost Plus World Market and Williams-Sonoma.... so I rarely ship anything myself. Freightorgator is awesome....
