Logged in today and noticed my account had been reset, all my hash power is gone. The network has changed from faucet to tron for withdrawal and are actually charging 1.2 dollar. They could have just added the charges but no, they had to reset my account. I've mailed their customer support, waiting for a response with an explanation. Will update as events unfold. Poor customer service and inability to change withdrawal address
So why did you allow a MATIC address on a USDT site? Even though the mistake was mine but it shouldn't have gone through. Then again, what will happen to my investment since I can't withdraw as any withdrawal I make is lost and does not arrive in my wallet.
I'm simply asking for a solution or should I forfeit my investment?
The affected miner address is 0x72b33831f8B7a220E444df770A2c8BE5Fd771cC9 which is my faucetpay MATIC address.
Please reach out to me for any plausible solution via the email I sent.
