I ordered a jumpsuit that does not fit well. The top is tight and does not cover the back portion of the jumpsuit. Putting on the top is very difficult. I have emailed free lady multiple times for a return label. All I get is a run around wanting to know why and what is wrong. Please do not order any products for this low quality company.

Unless you know EXACTLY how the item will fit and you WON’T be returning, DO NOT order from this company! I have been going back and forth through emails trying to get a shipping address to return my item for a full refund. The options they are giving me are ridiculous! “Gift the item to a friend, we’ll give you 20% off your next purchase if you keep the item, etc etc.” I have never had an online shopping experience like this! I have yet to get the necessary information from them and we’re going on a week since the merchandise was received. My suggestion…Don’t buy from this company!

Item quality was very poor. No invoice in the package with the clothing, so return was difficult. Also only allow 14 days to return items, whereas 30 days is the norm for Amazon, Etsy, and other vendors. Health issues prevented me from getting it in the mail before 14 days were over. Will be giving the items to Good Will. No use for such low quality, poor fitting clothing!

I ordered two pairs of pants that are way too small (not the size indicated). I contacted the company about exchanging the items for a different size and was offered 20% off my next order instead. I said I was only interested in an exchange or refund and their response was that returns are difficult and that I should take the 20% off. I just want my money back at this point and they aren’t providing any information on how to return the items for a refund or exchange.

I ordered this two outfits and never received one! I don’t know what to do. I don’t know how to get my money back.

Horrible company. Stole my money and kept the item I returned. Lies upon lies. Cheap fabric, clothes short in length.

I will be reporting to BBB (Better Business Bureau). I encourage ALL to do the same, maybe they will be put out of business!!!

Also if you used a credit card, report them to the lender as an untrustworthy, scamming company...I did!

Do not order from this company! When you don’t like their products or they don’t fit they will not give you a refund

The dress is advertised as one of Oprah’s favorites has very nice material but is very short waisted. I normally wear a medium and this was like a small. The gathered waist was sewn haphazardly, but if you add a belt no one would be the wiser. I’m not returning it because it comes from China and will cost more to return than the actual dress. My sister is shorter so I’m giving it to her. If it doesn’t fit her then I will donate it to Salvation Army.

They sent the wrong items to me and admit to it, but do not want to refund me for the items unless I send them back and go through a lengthy process to do so, plus they are asking me to pay for the shipping even though they sent the wrong items. I would like to send them back for a FULL REFUND and have them pay for shipping. They continue to ask me to give them to a friend instead and accept a 30% coupon????

I wouldn’t even rate it a 1 but that’s the lowest you can go! The site is a scam!!! I paid for express shipping and it took 6 weeks for my two items to arrive. Once they arrived, one pair of pants is absurdly too small and the jumpsuit’s quality is horrible! I am still in what seems to be a never-ending communication cycle to get the address for returns to honor their return policy of 14 days. DO NOT BUY FROM FREELADY!

Send some random XXL shirt completely unrelated to order. Basically stole my money. The transaction went through in another language.

I placed two orders with this Company. The actual email address they offer is all Chinese symbols. They wouldn't cancel the order r rs and sent some bogus tracking information. I'm sure that orders will never arrive. SCAMMERS!

I did not receive my order. The confirmation email freelady sent was very vague with no contact information or tracking number. After ready these reviews, I am not going to bother calling them and chalk it up to lesson learned-no late night scroll and ordering.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! They are absolute scammers. I ordered "Levi's" from their website and the jeans that arrived were fake and cheap and way too small. I purchased shipping insurance since their website says you can have free refunds within 14 days if purchased. They will not honour the return policy and offered me a $12 refund... when I told them I do not want the jeans because they are fake and cheap quality they said I will have to return it at my own cost ($45 shipping). SCAMMERS

I ordered an item a size up just in case. I received it, not only was the zipper defective, it was short (I ordered a tall) and it was TOO small. They would not honor their return policy, and they offered me $8 on an item I paid $56 for, and they said I should give it to a family member or RESELL it!!! If I am not happy with the product, why would I try to push it off on a family member? I feel like I was robbed.

Horrible Experience – A Total Scam!

Do NOT buy from Freelady! This company is a complete scam. I purchased an item for $60, and when I received it, it was defective. I tried to return it, only to be met with nothing but frustration. They refuse to honor their own return policy and won’t provide any information on how to return the faulty product. Instead of being helpful, they insulted me by telling me to "resell it" and offered me a ridiculous $5 for something I paid $60 for.

This is a clear scam. They don’t care about customer service or satisfaction. I’m beyond upset and can’t believe how terrible this company is. Save your money and avoid them at all costs.

Please do not purchase from Freelady. It is a scam. I ordered an adult XL and received a child size that my 8 year old can wear. I attempted to return the item for a full refund, but they refuse to even provide a return address. Instead they tried to offer me a discount on future items or a 30% refund. The webpage from which I purchased the item is gone. They created a new one. I tried to leave a review on their website, but it won’t go through.

Do not order from this website they will not give you a return for a defective jumpsuit. 4x reach out tried to give discounts but for $54 jumpsuits I wanted to return and a refund going out to PayPal

Keep scrolling and don’t order nothing! I purchased a jumpsuit and the zipper was missing. This was the WORST customer experience.

DO JOT ORDER FROM FREE LADY!!! They have randomly charged my credit card for nothing!
I order ONE order, and because it was takong FOREVER for ky 2 items to ship, I cancelled my order.
The day I cancelled, I was charged another amount and that amount was refunded! BUT the original amount has NOT been refunded. I have to cancel my CC because of them! They are theives!!!!! And reaching out to their "customer service" I just keep getting the exact same response emailed to me.
I SAY THIS IS A SCAM AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
