Confusing duplicate platform structure and poor user experience
My experience with Freecoin.ai was confusing and frustrating due to the platform structure, website usability, and overall transparency concerns.
One of the biggest issues is that the platform appears extremely similar to other reward/offerwall websites operating under different names but using nearly identical layouts, systems, offers, and behavior. From a user perspective, this creates confusion about who is actually operating the service, handling payouts, reviewing accounts, and processing support requests. The overlap between platforms makes the ecosystem feel unclear and difficult to trust.
The website and Ul design also need major improvement. On iPhone/iOS especially, pages frequently refresh unexpectedly, navigation feels unstable, and offerwalls sometimes freeze or fail to load correctly. Important information about pending rewards, withdrawals, and support statuses is not presented clearly, making the experience frustrating when dealing with higher-value offers.
Tracking reliability was another concern. Some offers either delayed crediting or created uncertainty about whether progress was properly tracked despite following instructions exactly and allowing tracking permissions.
I also believe the platform should improve:
• transparency regarding who operates the platform and connected offerwalls,
• communication about payout timelines and review processes,
• mobile website stability and optimization,
• and overall UI/UX quality.
Right now the experience feels overly fragmented and unreliable for users spending significant time or money completing offers.
