In the summer of 2024, we rented a C-Small motorhome from Fraserway RV in Leduc. The vehicle handover was handled very thoroughly and in a very friendly manner by Elke Crepaz, and to our great delight, she even spoke in German. Returning the camper was also completely hassle-free. Based on our very positive experience with Fraserway in Leduc, my upcoming milestone birthday in June, and our 45th wedding anniversary in July, we've decided to book another Fraserway motorhome for four weeks this year through our automobile club, the ADAC, for June and July. We're really looking forward to seeing the Fraserway team in Leduc and Elke again, to a wonderful time in Canada, and last but not least, to a beautiful Fraserway C-Medium motorhome.

For the second time I had my truck camper serviced at FW in Airdrie. Truly an above and beyond service experience. Upon inspection using the new seal tech machine it showed several tiny leaks, which the swift-thinking team photographed and sent to the unit manufacturer. Even though my camper is out of warranty, they pressed the point and the ENTIRE BILL for leak repair was covered 100% by the manufacturer. Not only that, but now my windows and door are correctly sealed and I have full confidence in this unit. I highly recommend this team and trust whatever they say 100%. They have clearly demonstrated to me their commitment to genuine customer care. I will be back for sure for all maintenance work.

My son and wife purchased a new hard top from Fraserway, Bedford, NS. The service there has been terrible after the sale. When picked, they had not cleaned any of the unit inside or outside. The did a quick overview of the unit and then brought it home. Then noticed some defects on the unit and took it for warranty work. Before the clerk even check on any of it she is saying might not be covered. What! Turns out it is covered it is brand new unit. She needs training on what and what not to say. Then when it is taken down to Bedford for the warrany, they are taking the entire canvas and sending to have repaired. Then they are saying because they are building a new building they will not have space to store there for the 2 to 3 weeks until the canvas is back to put back on the unit and we will have to come pick it up and take back home. At now time was there a mention that they have a storage lot that they can put it on or give that option. We learned that after calling them on the phone and the person we talked to is then saying, they were accommodating us by taking the unit as quick as could to be repaired. Excuse me, accommodating us, it is the unit you sold that is defective and you are saying you are accommodating us? Of course we want it fixed. It was purchased in August of 2025 and you were not back about the repair until March 2026 and that is accommodating us? Of course we want it done before camping season. We purchased this unit new, not used so seems we were accommodating you by purchasing the hardtop and not there for another year with your place selling this unit. I would not recommend this dealer or Fraserway to purchase your RV there are many others in NS with far better service than this one. Plus the service reception person there needs a lesson in communication, putting the responsiblity or saying to us that you are accommodating us by getting this fixed as quick as possible. Isn't that the goal when you are selling new units and your motto of Fraserway Difference, good service or maybe I read the meaning of that as bad service is the differnce

Fraserway is our go to company for RV rentals. We have used them for years and promote them to all who will listen. Honest straightforward information and service. If there is a deal to be had your representative will let you know. The rigs are first class. We have only had one issue and it was caused by us not the rig or the company. I thought I would pass along my experience with your department at Fraserway. I have dealt with FW twice in the last year, and both experiences were subpar (unfortunately).
I own an Earthcruiser FXX that has a Carefree Awning that was not working. We made an appointment to have the awning repaired, as you are listed as a dealer. We brought in the truck on June 9th and were told that it would take about a week to 10 days. That was continually pushed until we picked it up on July 2nd. We did not mind as we did not have immediate plans for the truck. What I did mind was that only half the work was completed - the motor was replaced, but the arms that extend out were stuck. I asked to have those pulled out before we left, but the mechanic refused to do it.
We took the truck across Canada, and on that trip ended up in a couple of rainstorms. That was when we found out that our truck had a new leak somewhere in the roof. The only thing that had changed was the work that was done by Fraserway. I decided to bring it back to see if it could be dealt with.
I sent direct emails to the women that I had dealt with the first time (Leah and Madison in early October) and received no replies. I then tried the general webpage "contact us" on Oct 17th and tried again, but nothing. I ended up phoning and made an appointment with Keenan. In the beginning, he was great. I explained the situation and dropped the vehicle off on October 25th, 2025. I was told a week or 2, and it would be ready. The idea was to identify the leak and if it was a consequence of the awning repair...or not to get it fixed. I was told it would be ready on Nov 7th - I wasn't. My wife and I had plans for the truck later in November, and I needed the repair done. Finally, I was told Nov 14th it would be done and to call on the 17th to arrange picking it up. I called Monday morning and made sure that it was ready, and due to my wife being out of town, made arrangements to get dropped off. I showed up, the truck was brought around, and I was going through the work order to pay. I was instantly confused because beside each of the jobs that I had agreed to have done, there was a zero in the hours worked. After some back and forth it was realized that nothing had been done - zero!
I will summarize - I waited nearly a month to have zero work done on the truck and was told to that it was ready. To top it off, I had been dropped off and had no way home. Needless to say, I was extremely angry and after being told that a mechanic would be pulled off another job and work would start immediately, I walked over to Tim Hortons. After sitting at Timmy's for a bit, I realized that whatever caulking was being used there, is no way it would dry in 2 hours, and it was pouring rain out. I called the service department, confirmed this to be true, and asked if they could send a cab so I could get home in Mission. I was told to grab an Uber, keep the receipt, and I would be reimbursed when I came and got the truck in 48 hours.
I was not able to make it back out until Saturday, Nov 22. I had to deal with a very sullen Keenan, who refused to pay for my Uber fare as I received 5.5 hours of work on the truck and was only being charged for 1. There was no one to show me what had been done in that 5.5 hours and after going up on the roof and inspecting the house, I saw no new caulking or work of any sort done. I was not going to argue with him. I grabbed my truck and left.
To add insult to injury, we headed out to Tofino the following day, and the leak is still there.

Since I wrote this email, I have spoken to the service manager, Justin, who made a bunch of excuses. I am still waiting for a reply email that I sent him on Dec 29th. He asked me to bring the truck in. I responded with "what are you going to do for us as the first 2 experiences were not exactly positive". I still have not heard anything.

Fraserway heeft hele fijne RV's schoon en alles functioneerd en praktisch ingericht. Shuttle service vanaf luchthaven is ook prima. Service onderweg niet nodig gehad, maar is altijd mogelijk. Vriendelijk personeel op verhuurlocatie! Wij waren op Toronto en eerder in Halifax.

This was my fifth time renting with Fraserway RV, and once again everything was fantastic! The staff are always friendly, professional, and make the process quick and easy. The RV was spotless, well-equipped, and performed perfectly throughout our trip. Every experience I’ve had with Fraserway has been consistent and reliable.
I wouldn’t rent anywhere else. Highly recommended!

We sold our RV to Fraswerway Rv in Kelowna to the manager Chris Cylne. We dropped off the keys on October 19, 2025 and they received our transfer paperwork on October 30. We sent them also the wire transfer information on that date to credit us. We have called him and left text messages to him numerous times and no response. Occasionally he would respond and say he sent in the wire transfer the day before. (November 4). We still had not received anything so I called the Abbotsford Dealership to get this going. I explained that we needed the money and we were told it was already done. Unfortunately it was not. I spoke with the manager there and he said he would personally get it done. It is now November 14, (2 weeks later) and I still have not received my money owed to me. Do not deal with this company at all. They do not communicate properly with you nor give you the money that is rightfully due to you. Very questionable business practices and unprofessional managers.

One of the best Rental Stations in North America I have been visiting. Only the pick up shuttle stuck in traffic but with Uber no problem. Very welcome was Thomas from Germany who took our rental back. Good to know, they have a shelf for goods which left over and save us at least 50$ for the first shopping and you don't have to throw away anything.

Insgesamt betrachtet war unsere Erfahrung mit Fraserway Vancouver im September/ Oktober 2025 gut.
Ich gebe diesmal nur vier von fünf Sternen, weil der Transfer vom Hotel zur Vermietstation zwei mal innerhalb 24 Stunden vor der vereinbarten Abholzeit verschoben wurde und mich die Nachricht über die zweite Verschiebung erst zum bereits verschoben Abholzeitpunkt erreicht hat. Da standen wir schon vom Hotel ausgecheckt im Nieselregen von Vancouver. Die fadenscheinige Begründung wegen Wetterbedingungen und Verkehrsaufkommen konnte der Fahrer auf Rückfrage nicht bestätigen. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Ehrlichkeit gewünscht, denn der tatsächlichen Gründe (Transferoptimierung und Fahrzeugauslastung) wären für uns nachvollziehbar und verständlich gewesen.
Das Fahrzeug selbst war in gewohnt guter Qualität, mit den üblichen „Problemchen“ an den Türscharnieren und der für uns viel zu dünnen Schaumstoffmatraze im Doppelbett.
Die Rückgabe und der Transfer zum Flughafen verlief einwandfrei.
Das Wohnmobil für unsere West-Kanada-Reise 2026 mit Fraserway ist bereits gebucht.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Fahrzeug war fast neu und sehr gut zu fahren. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht damit zu reisen.
Sehr gute Einrichtung des Truckcamperaufbaus. Rückgabe und Shuttle zum Flughafen hat ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Einziges Manko: Die Schlösser für die Zugangstür zum Camperaufbau und die äußeren Klappen haben nicht störungsfrei funktioniert. Das hat leider etwas genervt.
Trotzdem sehr gerne wieder.

Rent RVs over 4 years. Always been served greatly by Fraserway RV, being from there Calgary, Yellowknife or Vancouver locations. Appreciated there Truck Campers and Class-C mediums. All vehicles are new, from the year model. They offer 3 levels of insurance coverage to suite our risk tolerance. Over the last 6 years, locations expenses have increased a lot (it has double cost).
