Received renewal notice in plenty of time. Price good, very little increase from last year. Company easy to deal with, renewed policy within minutes over the phone. Staff polite and friendly.

Shall cancel my insurance policy
Just had one of their contractors round who said no, they won't cover it.. They don't cover anything, they'll always get out of it! One of their contractors! I'm going to cancel my insurance with them.

They will find an exclusion to fit your claim
the waste pipe outside my bathroom got broken by the dustmen and was disgorging waste water from the bath and hand basin, I wanted to contact these people for my Emergency cover. Firstly the number given was incorrect, and a recording gave me another number TWICE I tried to phone it, and TWICE a FRENCH speaking recording replied. I had to dial their motor insurance in the end and was given another number, and then we went through "The Procedure" to be told this wasn,t covered by my policy, what a surprise ??, I sat and read the "exclusions" out loud to the operator. to this policy, and NOWHERE DOES IT EXCLUDE BROKEN WASTE PIPES They managed to twist it to fit their interpretation of the policy though..Yet another bunch of CON MEN, dont bother with them they will find an exclusion that will fit your circumstances. Whats the betting when I cancel the policy, they will find an exclusion that prevents them giving me a refund ??
Well well, they DID find a reason why they wouldn,t refund me ,surprise surprise,just another bunch of greedy money grabbers
