Excellent experience with mortgage agent, Katie Riccio! We were in the market for a new 5 year term mortgage and was being offered above market by current lender. I received a referral from Union Savings for Frank’s Mortgages and so I reached out. Katie explained the application process, kept in touch with us along the way with quick responses, and took the time to explain anything in layman’s terms for us.
