I am very disappointed by the credibility of this product.

I purchased the premium Son Heung Min signed jersey.

I live in California and my item was delivered to me in less than a week! Very fast!

Howeved, the description said this item would include a certificate of authenticity and when I opened my product the certificate is missing.

The signature on the jersey looks much smaller and different than the ones I’ve seen online and in the ad. I understand that these are hand signed which means not all signatures are going to be the same but the signature is much smaller than what I have seen online.

Combine that with no certificate of authenticity this makes me upset that I spent $1000 for this.

The customer service is responsive but they are giving me an estimate of 2-3 months to get me my certificate! They provided me a photo example of authenticity and no where does it show Son’s name or anything. It is a generic certificate that has no ties to the jersey

This item is not worth purchasing for this kind of price. I have NO FAITH that this was actually signed by Son Heung Min

An amazing company and top quality work. Found them on them Instagram and what can I say other than outstanding. They made a bespoke frame for my son’s Jude Bellingham shirt and cannot thank them enough. Less than 2 weeks from start to finish 😎

It has taken me two years to find the best company to carry out the work and I am not one bit unhappy about it.

I will be sending more work their way and I would suggest anyone requiring shirts framed to go through this company.

Customer care at MatchWornShirt was absolutely first class - I had not managed to finalise the shirt frame configurator before the jersey was shipped to me. I really wanted it framed and they did everything within their power to resolve the matter with me. Super satisfied. First class experience - the frame is phenomenal and FrameTheGame work incredibly well and get it shipped within days! The jerseys themselves - as well as the priceless authentication system MWS use - are exactly as described. Both are very serious companies.

Honest thoughts First of all, I could have gone elsewhere for a cheaper framing service, but I went with it because it's much easier when it's right in front of you. The delivery was delayed; it took about 23 days to get delivered to me. There's glue on the plaque next to the badge. The shirt looks really loose inside the frame, and the badge at the top should have had a transparent background with a white border on the club crest (yes, I'm being picky about it because I obviously wanted it how I ordered it in the first place). I probably won't use this service again. Next time, I'll just buy the shirt and get it inside the box. I'm impressed with the frame size, but this framing service looked really rushed to me, and I'm no expert in framing, etc., but when you pay roughly £350 for a framing service, you want everything perfect. I had to keep emailing and bugging them to get the framed shirt sent out to me because I saw three different shipping dates. One was 5 days, one was 10 days, and one was 15 days. They need to make it more clear on the website.

They also need to sort out the shipping costs. I think £75 is pretty extreme after you've spent a tonne of money on the shirt as it is.

I will likely get another shirt from Matchwornshirts, but the framing service was, in my opinion, very average. I'd recommend just buying the shirt and going elsewhere for the framing service; it will take you a lot of time and a lot of money.
