Title: Excellent Video Quality, but the Unlimited Plan Needs Serious Improvement
I want to start by saying that Frameo actually has the potential to be an excellent AI video-generation platform. The quality of the videos can be genuinely impressive, especially if you understand how to write detailed, well-structured cinematic prompts. As an AI filmmaker, I appreciate what the platform is capable of producing.
Unfortunately, the experience surrounding that quality has been incredibly frustrating.
At approximately $25 for what amounts to two full-length videos, the regular pricing is already quite expensive. I decided to try their $99.99-per-day Unlimited plan, hoping it would be a more practical option for someone who produces cinematic content regularly. I ended up purchasing the Unlimited plan on two consecutive days.
Both days, I consistently experienced extremely long generation times, repeated attempts to get videos to generate correctly, and videos sitting in processing queues for four to five hours at a time.
What made the experience particularly frustrating was having generations fail or remain unfinished during my paid Unlimited period, only to be presented with a "Try Again" option after my Unlimited access had already expired.
Frameo advertises its Unlimited service as having no throttling. I cannot say whether these delays were caused by throttling, server congestion, or technical problems, but the experience certainly did not match what I expected from a paid Unlimited plan.
I also reached out to customer support multiple times through email to explain the issues and ask for assistance. Unfortunately, I received no response to those inquiries.
I want to be clear that I'm not writing this review to attack the company. I genuinely believe Frameo has the foundation for a very good platform, and when the generations work properly, the results can be beautiful.
However, if a company is going to offer a time-limited Unlimited subscription at nearly $100 per day, the service needs to be reliable enough for customers to actually use that time. Waiting four or five hours for individual generations, experiencing repeated failures, and receiving no support when things go wrong makes that price extremely difficult to justify.
I would love to see Frameo succeed, but I also believe customers deserve transparency about generation queues, dependable processing, responsive support, and fair treatment when technical issues consume paid access.
The video quality deserves recognition. The overall customer experience, unfortunately, needs significant improvement.
I hope the team takes this feedback constructively, because there really is something promising here.
