The frame is amazing. Really made my Samsung Frame TV look like a picture. My guest love the way it looks. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the company needs to make the necessary adjustments to the Frame to accommodate the motion sensor on the Samsung Frame TV. When the Frame is installed, it blocks the motion sensor resulting in the TV not being able to sense motion thus not turning on the TV to display the art automatically. I was able get around this by purchasing and installing a Samsung Smartthings hub and external motion sensor. Otherwise a beautiful product.

Great shipping, great product, and customers are happy. Would like to see a better side profile return of the frame. It’s needed to go back to the wall.

We have installed two frames so far and our clients absolutely love them!

I considered not even having a TV in the main living space in my downtown condo. I thought it would just detract too much from our art and the view to have this big black monstrosity on the wall. We had a den/media room with a large TV and I thought that would be plenty, but sometimes, you just want a TV out there where you are entertaining.
So I started researching options. I looked at the Frame My TV option that flipped over with real art. I looked at Samsung's The Frame TV and I looked at Mirror TVs. Ruled out the mirror because I really didn't want a mirror there. I liked the Frame TV from Samsung, but didn't like their framing options - very small and bland. Then Frame My TV came out with frames for the Frame TV! Perfect. I am so happy with my decision. I was able to find a frame that compliments the frames of my other art. It looks fantastic and nobody can believe it's not art. A guest asked how I got the frame on, I walked over to my TV to show him how it just clicks on and he said "oh you don't have to take it all down!" I said, no really, it's a second. I pulled down the tab and pulled out the frame and then put it right back on.
Everyone is impressed (including me!).

Exactly as expected, perfect fit, arrived early.

The frame was easy to install on the TV and is of high quality.

Love the Frame TV. Image is great. Really like the art mode. Separately purchased a custom wood frame that makes it look like a nice art piece. Due to adding the custom wood frame, I added a soundbar which sounds great but there is sometimes a very slight (but noticeable) sync issue between the image and sound when using streaming services.

It’s not cheap, but I have to say the quality, fit, finish and look are worth every penny. Even my wife, who wasn’t crazy about our new Samsung Frame TV, said this made it look 100% better.

I have got to say, I am thrilled with my new custom TV frame. I was skeptical at first as the price wasn't cheap. Now that we've had it installed for a few weeks, I'm more that satisfied. They got it to perfectly match the color of the wood of my antique coffee table, which belonged to my grandfather. Best of all I got a compliment from my mother-in-law, a retired interior decorator. She is known to be quite picky about the smallest of details. If she likes it, then I know it's good!

We recently got the 43” Samsung ‘the frame’ TV along with the warm silver frame via FrameMyTV.
I can’t express how easy it was to order and install. Customer service was great with any questions we had and the product arrived perfectly and was packed so nicely!!!!
We have gotten so many compliments on our newest addition to the living room (it just looks so seamless and finished).

I love my motorized tv art covers.
I hated a big black screen so this resolves that problem. It’s a beautiful invention- you choose from stock art and then you pick matte and there you have a gorgeous piece of art.

What a nightmare. Our stone fireplace is forward in the room, making the side view very visible. That was one of our main concerns. Kevin and Mykle both assured us, in different conversations, that the frame would go flush to the stone and would hide the side of the TV and mechanisms.
THREE MAJOR things were wrong.
1- The frame was the WRONG color. Instead of the dark espresso it was a much lighter red color.
2- We had given the specific model number and size specs for the sound bar. The space they allowed for the sound bar was TOO SMALL.
3- The frame WAS NOT FLUSH to the stone fireplace, but there was a gap of over 2 1/2 inches between the back of the frame and the stone. The front of the frame would have come out from the stone fireplace SEVEN INCHES. What a MONSTROSITY.

Their customer service was NOT what they claim. Kevin's responses were that '' according to our records" the frame color was right.... " according to our records" the soundbar should fit. And there was no real response to the ridiculous depth of the frame with the huge gap behind it. Those were three major problems that were completely their fault.

We had already paid nearly $9000. They first offered a $1000 refund but then retracted that and only refunded the $399 insurance. And they allowed us to chose a Frame for a Samsung The Frame TV $599. So we LOST $8000 on this fiasco.
(Not to mention the cost of buying a new Samsung The Frame TV and the loss of the new TV we had purchased to go in the first Frame My TV frame).

I am astounded at the lack of integrity and honesty in dealing with their mistakes.

I am glad so many have had positive experiences, but that was not our case. After spending nearly $9000 for a framed TV to be placed above our stone fireplace, we received a product that was not what was represented.

Before I mention the details below, I'll summarize a key learning for anyone shopping for a tv frame: clarify how far it will extend from the wall, and how much behind the frame is visible from the side.

The issues we had were:
1) The color of the frame was not what was ordered, being different from the sample we had reviewed prior to our order. The vendors claim it is the same, but they concluded that looking at their paperwork, not looking at the delivered frame.
2) The specified sound bar would not fit in the slot designed for it.
3) The greatest problem was this frame was supposed to be close to the wall with the sides hidden by the frame's side wooden extensions. No one mentioned the 3" depth frame extension, as listed, was actually 4.5" in thickness. No one mentioned that the metal structure which the frame attaches to extended nearly an inch beyond the back of the wooden frame. No one mentioned that we needed to provide our own mounting bracket, so that even the thinnest of brackets still extended the frame out further. The resulting frame extended nearly 7" from the rock wall of the fireplace, with a gap of over 2" beyond the wooden frame! This actually was the same thickness as the fireplace mantel, and looked ridiculous. If this were on a drywall, a recess could have been created, as mentioned in the comments of another customer. However, this requirement needs to be pointed out PRIOR to purchase. Carving out a cavity in the stone would have been a major project and was not practical.

Final results: We were offered a $1000 refund, which was later retracted. We were refunded our $399 insurance payment, and were provided a $599 Samsung Picture TV frame (which required buying a different TV).

Got a burlwood frame for my Samsung TV. Absolutely astounding, it made the room!

Excellent product, excellent customer service! My wife did not want a TV in the room where we did this and now thanks to the "custom" frame, she wants to do one in our other living room. These guys are the best!

Since we downsized 3 years ago, our condo only has one area where we can sit and watch TV, and we did not want to have a TV on our feature wall. I did research and discovered "Frame-my-TV". It is perfect for our needs. We have a lovely piece of framed artwork on our feature wall, and when we want it, we press a button and, voila, the artwork rolls up and we have our TV. The buying experience was wonderful from start to finish. Kevin could not have been more helpful and delivery was on time. We have not had one issue in the 3 years since we bought our TV frame, and have given many referrals. It is not inexpensive, but SO worth the expense. Thank you, Frame-My-TV for solving our decorating problem!

Excellent product and service. Ordered a frame for a 65" TV that fit like a glove, was simple to install and looks beautiful in our wine bar. I expect that we will be ordering several more of these for our home as well. Product support is what would be expected from a first-class operation.
