The chain is of beautiful quality. The box and packaging were so beautiful that it felt like a luxury gift to myself. I am so grateful I came across Frame Chain. I would highly and without hesitation, recommend. Indeed I am so tempted to purchase a second product for myself. Thank you

Demoraram imenso tempo a proceder ao envio da encomenda e só o fizeram depois de vos ter enviado um email a saber o que se passava. A transportadora também me informou que tinham criado o envio mas que não tinham procedido à entrega da encomenda.
Tudo muito mau.
Também não é favorável fazer compras ao uk, porque as taxas que se pagam são muito elevadas, como aconteceu com esta encomenda que fiz.
Gosto bastante dos vossos produtos, mas fiquei muito decepcionada com o vosso serviço e com o valor das taxas que tive que pagar.

The order never arrived

Great products, bought four different chains and all a different style.

Extremely high quality chains for my eyewear. I have bought lots of them for all my different specs and different occasions. I have never found anywhere else which sells such good quality ones. Prompt efficient tracked royal mail delivery. Highly recommend.

The chains are nice but ZERO customer service, as not only i was charged a fee that i wasn’t warned about (supposedly TVA) as it was an order to France. which would have been nice to know about beforehand. And when i reached out to customer service i NEVER received a response. I

Chain just fell apart on first time of wearing it :(

I placed an order with Frame Chain on May 15th, but unfortunately, after 7 days my order has not been processed yet. I attempted to contact the company via email (as there is no telephone number provided), but I have not received any response from them.

Exquisite products both in design and quality. Customer care and service second to none. Totally obsessed with Frame Chain.

Despite repeated emails to Frame Chain, I'm still waiting for a reply.
Where is my order? I placed the order on 1 March and money was taken on 2 March, but there's no sniff of a dispatch notification.

Delivery to Brazil was not possible, even though the purchase value was less than 50USD. my order is returning to the sender

Teal and Gold chain
I was a little bit disappointed with the quality of this product. Also the links in the chain are easily broken although I have managed to fix them. Also the rubber bits keep slipping off the glasses.

Despite several failed attempts to deliver my frame chain you persevered and finally it arrived. Vanessa kept in touch with me about what was happening and remained helpful and considerate throughout the process. The product is fantastic so worth all the time it took to arrive!
