I ordered two “Monsieur Balmain Type”…
I ordered two “Monsieur Balmain Type” products. Unfortunately, the U.S. Post Office delayed shipment, but The Fragrance E11EVEN proactively reached out and made it right.
They also included a sample scent which is just as nice as my order. I will be ordering more!

This is the 3rd review. I had an order with this company placed December 15, 2021 for 2 items: Must de Cartier & Adieu Sagesse by Jean Patou. I received Must de Cartier from a private person in Florida. Adieu Sagesse came separately, unsealed, with scent still lingering in the opened box, obviously used, from another private person in Texas. Contacted company that asked to return the opened item. But that was not acceptable. That meant for me to spend money on gas to take the item to post office, spend time in long line as it was Christmas time, spend money for shhipping, to be refunded who knows when for the item only. My major upsetting issue was that this item was intended as Christmas gift. I had a hell of a time to find something else suitable for the intended person in such a short time. Very bad service. Do not recommend. Also, these 2 guys, that are actually the company, keep trying to pull away my review as 'breaching rules of posting' in order for people not to see it. I'll keep posting till they give up. Real customers have a right to reveal their experience. If they are not stopping this game and my review doesn't go through, I'm going to get in touch with TrustPilot itself and ask what rules I've been breaching in the body of my reviews, for them to be pulled out. Telling the truth? Do not buy from these guys.

My favorite store for fragrance...
Fragrance is always authentic, ships fast, and costs less than at other stores. I've never had a problem buying my fragrance here. Thank you for carrying Cristiano Ronaldo!

Very difficult to speak with people who knew what they were doing and didn't seem to care. A very frustrating experience until Jessica came upon the scene.

Fast and Authentic!
Some or all of the product seems to be drop-shipped. Ordering multiple bottles often come in multiple packages over the course of multiple days. So if you only receive a partial order, the rest is likely still on the way. Overall have found excellent deals with Fragrance11, often better than Fragrancenet or FragranceX, and have always gotten everything delivered fast and authentic.
