I ordered a 3.4 oz. of Prada amber pour home intense parfum. I expected it to be new in a sealed box. It came in a demonstration tester box and was only a little over half full. I returned my Prada and received a refund.

This won't take long. I was honestly and pleasantly surprised at the service. You did exactly what you said you would do, the order instructions are clear, and I have absolutely NOTHING but good feelings with the entire order.

I previously wrote a one-star review only because at that time, several weeks had passed and I had not received my order. Since that time, however, I did receive two of the four products I ordered. The two items I received were exactly what I ordered and in perfect condition.
No explanation was given as to why two items were missing from the package, but at least I can report that I was not charged for them!

I was worried purchasing Thierry Mugler's Pure Havane being it's so hard to find and I had never purchased from Frangrancelleven. I was very satified with the product I recieved. The packaging was original and the product was as well. What more could I have asked for.

Package seems to have been fulfilled throughout an eBay seller. I did not order through eBay so this is puzzling. Also, I ordered a product l have before and while it is packaged and seems to be the same product it is definitely not the same upon using. Product feels more like an ordinary lotion than the body butter that l was ordering.

It took two weeks to get my perfume because a signature was required. The perfume finally arrived and is fine, but the delivery was an incredible hassle.

I never received my order.

Please do NOT attempt to buy anything at Fragrance E11even! I placed an order back in October 2021 for my favorite fragrance that was discontinued. I have never received it or been refunded. I can't get ANY information. No one answers their phones or emails. The website page won't load my questions. They have scammed me and by the other reviews here they have scammed others as well. Not a reputable company please don't lose hundreds of dollars like me.

I ordered Cassini perfume. I had worn it for many years and was shocked by what Fragrance E11even delivered to me. It literally STANK and cannot be worn. Also, the enclosed receipt said $50 from Etsy. I was charged $151 by Fragrance E11even. When I complained, they agreed to give me a token refund but never did so. This is a disreputable company. I will share this on various social media platforms unless they give me a full refund.

I was looking for a fragrance everywhere and found it here. Unfortunately, the shipment took a bit longer than I expected; however, it was reasonable for international shipment(so I understand) and arrived with no damage, well packaged (unlike another order of mine with another store) and with plenty of time before the holiday - so thank you!!

I received my order today and it was exactly what I had ordered.
