Zero stars! What a terrible company. I cannot believe Crate and Barrel uses such an inept company for their deliveries. Crate and Barrel needs to stop using this company immediately as they are losing sales by doing so. I canceled my table order because this delivery guy showed early then refused to wait for me to get there and called me from his cell phone to blame his company for the mistake and claim it isn't his fault. Huh? You work for them and you are the one driving the truck. I asked him to turn around and bring my table I paid for back as I was on the way and it was still an hour before the scheduled delivery. This seemed like theft at this point as he left my home with my table I paid for against my wishes. I am appalled with this company. I canceled the order so now they can deliver it back to Crate and Barrel instead. Maybe Crate and Barrel will get the message then and fire this lousy delivery company.

I'll add to the list of missed deliverys with no communication!

First, never order a TV from AAFES for home delivery because they use Fragilepak. Second it took 6 weeks to go from Ohio to Arizona! I schedule the delivery for the 3rd of March, Fragilepak send me a message the day prior with a window of 3pm to 7pm, stating a phone call would be received 30 minutes prior. 6:30pm no calls tracking says it out for delivery and now arrive at 10:30 pm. Call Fragilepak they cannot reach the driver but assure me it is on the truck for delivery today. An hour goes by and now the delivery time is 11:45pm. Called fragilepak again. This time they say the warehouse is closed and no one is answering and that is was never out for delivery. They said there is nothing they can do but to schedule delivery another week from now. No sorry, or we'll call you back first thing in the morning and schedule something sooner. They stated they only partner with local warehouses and have no control over their schedules. This is by far the worst delivery experience I have ever experienced. I need to re-evaluated some past bad reviews, because they are 5 stars compared to this experience. Thanks Fragilepak!

Absolute worst

Absolute worst. Not the first time dealing with this company. AAFES uses them. Get a 2-6 window, it’s 9:36 pm now and the guy told me he was hour and fifteen minutes behind. Then told me he would be here in 40 min. That was 1-1/2 hours ago. Now he doesn’t answer his phone or texts.

The worst company costco has ever used…

The worst company costco has ever used to pick up large items from your home no less white glove expense to do so. There is zero communication and the window of time given to customer for pick up comes and goes with zero communication. When instructions were given repeatedly put in writing that I had to leave at 3 pm but driver could contact concierge security cell number who is always seated at the front of the building that he would assist in getting couch out. That never happened and driver went fur to lie that he allegedly spoke to me in person when I wasn’t even home at 4:30 and allegedly I told him I didn’t need my couch picked up. This is bonkers behavior and nutty conduct to make up things that are untrue. Why would I wait at home all day for the couch to be taken for the window of time 9-1 pm and call on recorded lines every hour on the hour to get this company to speak to the driver about updates and to provide detailed information in my absence after 3 pm that driver could call our building staff on his cell phone and he would be let into my condo for couch pick up?

Fragilepak Experience -- very good physical delivery; problematic scheduloing

The actual physical delivery and product packaging/ protection from Crate & Barrel was 4 to 5. This is northern nevada/ lake tahoe region - served from local warehouse in Reno. The team was excellent, showed up right in the delivery window (on the early side of it), took care to remove wrapping and place the furniture well. However, communications and clarity with Fragilepak was more of a 1 - 2 -- initially a number of authoritative "no-reply" emails or texts requiring we accept delivery on their offered dates/ times; though when we could connect by phone (have to google phone number) to Fragilepak reps, most times helpful, factual, and did help smooth the plan and timing

Excellent experience

Fragilepak delivered a sofa from Grandin Road. Service was excellent. I picked my delivery day and was notified a day ahead, of a time frame and day of, of an exact time. The delivery guys were very polite, wore nitrile gloves, and offered to use shoe booties (we said not necessary).
They put it together and had us inspect it for any problems.
I could not expect any better.

Everything you see in these comments are 100% accurate with this horrible delivery company!! Nothing else to say!! They don’t deserve 1 star - zero stars should be an option. If the company you ordered your items from uses this company you should be asking for a partial refund of both shipping costs and the cost of the item.

The delivery team was rude and…

The delivery team was rude and careless, complained throughout drop-off, and caused damage. Customer service employees were highly unprofessional. I followed their team’s guidance, but after months of delays, I was copied on internal emails that made me feel like a problem for raising a valid concern. I was then accused of trying to get free stuff—despite asking for a fair resolution. Felt attacked and mischaracterized. Total runaround, zero accountability. Unprofessional from start to finish.

Save your time and go elsewhere

This has to be the slowest and most unprofessional shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. My friend purchased a smoker as a gift for me, and the order was placed on August 7th. After a few messages with their rep, I was told shipping would be delayed for about a month. A MONTH—for a package going from Arizona to California! That’s ridiculous. How does a business even operate like this? What a complete joke. Save yourself the headache and do not use this company unless you enjoy waiting an eternity for your items.

Worst delivery experience

I posted a review in May about the problems I had with my delivery. I finally heard back from the company after posting the negative review. They gave me the run around and asked me to get estimates for the repair, which I did. After all this, I get an email saying that the claim had already been rejected. Not only did they waste my time but totally disregarded all my emails explaining the damage caused during delivery, including pictures and videos that I sent multiple times.

This is by far, the worst delivery experience I have had. The customer service employees are incompetent and highly unprofessional. The delivery people were rude and dishonest. I can totally relate to all the negative reviews posted. I’m shocked that they are still in business!

Fragilpak was entrusted to deliver two recliners to me in Whitefish Montana. They emailed me several times. They called me a couple times and still no delivery insight. The chairs had been shipped to Montana and were sitting seven hours away from me for three weeks. They told me it would be another 4 to 6 weeks before I got the chairs. I’ve bought these chairs for a special event and wanted them so I drove the 950 miles to get them I asked Fragilepak for my shipping money back and they said to go back to the original purchaser. I disagree with that they were intrusted to deliver my chairs and they didn’t. They have confused people working for them And nothing seems to get done. This was a horrible experience with them so I see why they get bad reviews over all platforms! Try not to use them at all costs! Order 691U2540054

The WORST customer service!

The WORST customer service!
I have tried and tried to talk to someone but no response. Emails do not even remotely address my concerns. I set the delivery date and printed out the confirmation, then I get an email stating a completely different delivery date... still trying to resolve but SO FRUSTRATING :(

No delivery

The company pulled into my driveway, took a picture of my house, and then left without even ringing my doorbell or delivering my item.

The reply that they give, for me to let them know the order number so that they can escalate, doesn’t work because there is no where to submit that to them. I called them once and the rep pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up the phone. The second rep that I got told me that they would have a supervisor contact me but I have heard nothing.

By far the worse delivery service I have ever used. Their customer service is awful. They fail to answer any of customer questions. Why a company would use this delivery service is beyond me. I am beyond disappointed with their service.

Amateur Hour, Property damage and lack of accountability

I've had many deliveries over my life and I've never experienced this level of incompetence. Local contractor delivered 2 damaged items and caused over $500 in damage to my flooring by dragging a dresser down the hall. They refuse to take responsibility for their driver's actions. I canceled my order with AAFES, if you see Fragilepak on your delivery ever, just cancel it and save yourself a headache. At the very least, don't let them in your home or business and inspect the items before they leave.

The delivery driver and helper refused…

The delivery driver and helper refused to bring my dresser to the 4th floor, stating they could only deliver to the 3rd floor—something that should have been communicated to me beforehand. I remained flexible and offered to have my husband and neighbor carry it upstairs, even though that’s not the service I paid for. Despite this, the delivery team didn’t even exit the truck. As soon as I met them downstairs, the driver informed me they would not be bringing the dresser up. When my husband expressed frustration over their lack of effort, the driver and his “brother” became confrontational and threatened physical violence. They then got back in the truck and left with my dresser.

This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Now, I am left waiting even longer for a redelivery of an item I originally ordered on May 23.
