Excellent customer service in my experience
Ordered from the Fox website. The package was lost by DPD. After contacting customer service (and receiving response within 48h), a new package was sent express delivery and received the next day. Truly remarkable customer service, I can only recommend.
Fox don’t accept returns
Fox don’t accept returns. They provide any returns documents and do not reply to emails or answer the phone. Their clothing varies in fitting from baggy to tights so with no returns policy - I’m stuck with items that don’t fit. A waste of 150 pounds! Don’t buy as you may regret it!
Bestelling mtb spullen
Ik had wat artikelen besteld bij deze site en kreeg alleen een bestelbevestiging. Daarna hoorde ik niks meer. Na 2x mailen nog geen bericht. Daarna nog een keer gebeld en er bleek iets niet in de haak met mijn betaling. Nog een week gewacht en toen via Google het telefoonnummer van van Roel Knops van Fox head Nederland gevonden. Hem gebeld en binnen 2 uur was alles geregeld. Echt super door hem en daarna door Fox geholpen. Moest het even opnieuw bestellen en geld van 1e bestelling stond dag later weer op m'n rekening. Dus Roel Knops heel erg bedankt.

Outstanding customer service from this company at what must have been their busiest time! Ordered two items for my son for Christmas (MBT gloves & jersey), had to return both items twice as I'd ordered incorrect sizes each time, Peter & Maurizio could not have been more helpful over email & sent me correct sizes by express post which arrived in Ireland (from Nethlands) the following day, thus avoid any delays in Santa Claus gifts! Very impressed. Highly recommend👌

This company must have one of the lamest sevices out there. I ordered a helmet that dropped in price by 20% directly after ordering. I asked them to offer me the same price without the hassle of sending it back and ordering again. Unfortunately they (intentionally?) took so long in replying that the item is sold out and they don't offer any refund to match the price. In the meantime I'm being spammed with two messages a day with advertisement from Fox.
Seeing the other reviews over here doesn't give me much confidence in returning any goods anyway.
Back again to alter my review a little bit, since they refunded the price difference. Hopefully they will keep improving their service to a respectable level, since the products seem to be of a very good quality

Another tale of poor communication!
Like many others on this forum I have experienced extremely poor customer service. I simply want to return an item which i haven't used, mainly because it took so long for the item to arrive and i had already been on my trip and no longer needed use of it. No response from their customer service team despite numerous attempts. Clearly a lesson learnt!

Poor service - take your money straight away, mess up orders, very slow delivery, poor advice from customer service dept who down right lie ‘your money will be refunded and back in your account within the hour’…hmmm 48 hrs later still no sign. No emails even though they say they have sent them.

Getting my order acknowledged & delivered was a complete nightmare, when it finally arrived I needed to return 1 shirt. Return was delivered back to Fox but no refund or acknowledgement.
No response whatsoever to emails or voicemails for over 3 weeks, the customer service number goes straight to voicemail.
I was also offered a goodwill gesture due to the inconvenience I experienced with my order but no sign of that either!
Pretty shocking for what I believed to be a reputable company.

Ordered a replacement visor for speedframe helmet, was very sceptical due to reviews on here, but received the item fantasticly packaged, UPS to my door in a few days. Perfect.
Poor customer service
Ordered a waterproof jacket two months ago I’ve already been on two trips with out receiving the jacket still waiting. Tried phoning and emailing no one has replied yet very unhappy

Ordered 2 t shirts, had all the emails come through and parcel arrived quickly but they sent a totally different top.

I wish I had visited trust pilot before placing an order. I ordered 4 T-shirts on July 5th - the money left my qaccount pretty sharply, but I am yet to receive anything for my money.
I received a confirmation email with a tracking number, but no indication of which courier or how to use the tracking number.
The phone numbers & email addresses listed on the website are all apparently inactive, except for 1 that usually asks you to leave a message. Obviously no one ever calls back.
On one occasion, someone did pick up - he assured me that the package had been sent & promised to send a follow up email with a new tracking number. No email has arrived & that was 6 days ago.
these people are thieves & scammers, not legitimate vendors.
