Excellent staff and great communication. I had an issue with Royal Mail delivering the item and they helped in every way they could even when they didn’t need too. I would definitely recommend.

Fast and efficient service
I recently decided to sell some preloved Tiffany jewellery that I no longer used. Better to have the cash in my purse rather than unworn jewellery in a drawer at home. Excellent communication and service throughout. Easy process which was fast and very efficient. Would definitely sell to again in the future.

Item not the same as the photo
I ordered a necklace as in the photo shown on the website. What they don’t tell you is that you don’t get the item in the photos. The item I received has scuffs down one side and they would not accept this. It is not the necklace shown in the photos. They will take a return but will not refund postage even though the item is not as described or photographed. Buyer beware of what you may receive.

Very good service from start to finish, delivery wasn’t cheap but it was fast and secure and with a expensive item that’s all I could’ve hoped for, I’ll definitely use them again

Great product and service
Great product and service. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because they wouldn’t accept a credit card ( despite payment taken in the 1st instance and having to wait 3 days before a refund) and having to then make a bank transfer for a purchase of £2500.

Excellent choice
The item matched the description perfectly and was delivered the next day as promised. I also called the store beforehand for some advice, and the lady I spoke to was both helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase.

Do not go here
After paying a £40 deposit all I asked was for the clasp of a family heirloom watch to be fixed to fit my wrist. They had my watch 3 months and never fixed this. When I initially was told it was fixed I had voicemails telling me my watch did not work and I would not be able to wear it (they didn’t realise it was a wind up watch). I went to collect it and instead of the clasp they fixed something completely different I did not ask for. Then they said they would get the clasp fixed for me the same week they sent it off (I have messages to prove this) and I didn’t not hear anything until I called them a month later and it had still not been done. I went to pick up my watch which had been not cared about or fixed in the 3 months they had it. Do not go here and go to a proper jewellers who know what they are talking and doing.

Easy and efficient
Took my ring in to have the stone reset. I was given an initial quote range, the ring got sent off. I received communication throughout the process and the price came in within the originally quoted price. A very easy and efficient service
