Exquisite jewellery and first class customer service
I had seen a necklace on the website that was sold out and contacted Rufus to see if it was possible to get one made. The response was positive and quick and within a few weeks I had received the perfect bespoke necklace. Communication was excellent and the necklace beautiful.

We had several chats regarding rings on the website and the final design is perfect. We commissioned a pendant last year and wanted a ring to match. The whole process was very easy and we are delighted that the ring arrived before Christmas as promised.
