¡Hola! La marca es 100% recomendable. Recibimos la figura que compramos perfectamente embalada y protegida. Aunque la pandemia generó algo de retraso en la entrega nos sentimos totalmente satisfechos porque la marca nos mantuvo informados en todo momento.
Aprovecho para puntualizar que las fotografías del producto visibles en la web hacen que el color de la figura que compramos (A boy named Billy) se percibiera de un color más fuerte, cuando en realidad el rostro, por ejemplo, es de color muy pálido. No es una queja, solamente una apreciación que hizo que al abrirlo nos sorprendiera, aún así, adoramos la línea de diseño y volveremos a comprar sus productos.

Ho ordinato 2 articoli da regalare a Natale, la lampada da tavolo Oscar e la Bubble Gum Girl .A causa del covid sono arrivati in ritardo, ma l'importante è che siano arrivati. La lampada è molto bella, anche la Bubble Gum Girl è bella, Unica pecca è che sia arrivata con la base rotta... quindi non è possibile metterci dei fiori veri perché perde acqua . Ho contattato il servizio clienti che mi ha risposto molto rapidamente e su ciò nulla da dire. Mi hanno detto che può succedere che un articolo si rompa durante la spedizione, mi hanno proposto un rimborso del 15% che ho accettato solo perché non c'erano alternative. Mi dispiace aver fatto una brutta figura con la mia amica, restituire l'articolo dato il costo non era conveniente e ordinarne un altro non mi dava la certezza di riceverlo intatto . Mi aspettavo che mi proponessero di sostituirlo con un altro , logicamente diventa dispendioso per loro sostituire tutti gli articoli difettosi. Non so se farò altri acquisti per paura di ricevere articoli difettosi non sostituibili.

The frame arrived after almost two months but It is very beautiful and it has a high quality. I had to pay 18€ of duties but doesn't matter because I love the frame. The customer service really helpfull.

Ordered two pieces for Christmas presents, and although there was a delay with the delivery, which I was contacted about, when they did arrive, they were worth waiting for. Great experience with them! I bought the astray monkey,2 charlottes girls and an astronaut candy box and I'm absolutely in love with them😍😍😍😍😍😍.I love them even more when I see them at home!! The items have arrived on time,and I'm thinking about what will be my next shopping.There are very specials items,they are magic,different and lovely.

I ordered from this company believing them to be in Glasgow. I ordered Winter Queen and Selena a vase. Unfortunately the quality was not what I expected on Winter Queen and the return process began, the return address was Latvia costing 14.00 to send back, the buyer pays. 5-10 working for the refund & I have been refunded.
The vase, it’s ok, I’m not returning because of the cost, the problem is because the vase increases the weight on the side of the ornament it makes it unstable. I put 4 short stemmed freesias into it and that was all it could hold. I am going to look at getting heads of artificial flowers for display only. This review is to help people buying so that they are aware. I will not purchase anything else as I feel the quality is not reflected in the price.

My Summer Girl is exactly what she looks like on the website, i didn't have to wait long for her to arrive and when she did, WOW the packaging was lovely she was covered with a silk like pillow, and she looks perfect i love her. I love the gold /pink lilly in her hair and the dainty gold magnet butterfly you attach to her. 10 out of 10. She makes me smile love it.
