Prompt delivery and quality product…
The fountain arrived quickly and in good condition. The person delivering it was very helpful and brought the packaged across to my place. The fountain is very simple and looks great. The only thing I would improve is the instructions.

Great product and customer service
We ordered a Corinthian fountain which looked fantastic. We had a leaking issue with the fountain and Daniel and the team sorted very quickly sending a replacement immediately. Very happy with the replacement and customer service. Will recommend to friends.

Light not working
Not giving a 5 star as there is a faulty cable/ Light, and will ba waiting on a response to see how this gets resolved. But on the other hand I'm happy with fast delivery even being on other side of country.

Do not buy this pretend marble bird…
Do not buy this pretend marble bird bath. It’s painted white and the paint comes off extremely easily which means small deadly flakes of paint are floating in the water. So definitely do not use as a bird bath. It’s a scam.

Exceptional and Impressive
I bought the River Water Feature and the service was exceptional (very helpful, attentive, responsive), the speedy delivery was impressive (arrived in 2 days), and the product was delightful (quick and convenient assembly, and quality).
