This is the 2nd fountain I have got…
This is the 2nd fountain I have got from you and it is leaking just like the 1st one. I asked for it to be checked before delivery it leaks about 6 hrs after the water is put in. Very very disappointed.

I think you might confusing splashing with leaking. If the fountain has a leak it will be leaking when off. If that's the case, take a video and we will make sure you get a replacement. Yes we did check it and there was no obvious leak.

We are very sorry, Couriers have lost your item. But we have provided a replacement.
good product but disappointing handling the order.
With out delivering the item orders,email is sent to me saying item is delivered. when I ordering I was informed that it will be delivered on the same day.I have to call the company to find out what is happening. I was told it will take 2-3 days and expressed sorry for the wrong info sent to me.
Th item was left just out side the gate and did not bother to press the calling bell or call me on phone at the time of delivery.
I like the product and it is really very good. I recommend it if any wants to buy one. If there a provision here, I would like to post a photo of the setup at my place.

However, I need to make a correction, you have been quoted same delivery for $45 but you opted for free delivery which takes as explained 2-3 days.
We have explained that the fulfilment system on free delivery post delivery instead. You have been instantly provided a tracking number and ETA on the spot.

So rude
gosh. This guy was SO RUDE.
I purchased a Bird feeder 22 February. It was despatched promptly. However I paid for express and no fault of the company they never picked it up.
I phoned carrier on 2 March not much help so I reached out to fountain store. They guy who answered was rude abrupt and condescending. I hardly got a wording. He lectured me "that these things happen Penny ' like I've never ordered goods before that have been delayed. All I wanted was my express shipping refunded. He said he'd refund it but my dealings with him were so unpleasant that I've completely gone off my purchase and I will NEVER purchase again or recommend this company. Treat your customers with respect
A lovely lady named Melanie has reached out to me. It seems that the carrier had failed twice to pick up my order. This is not the fault of the company and I still wish to receive my order. Melanie has offered to refund the freight cost which I appreciate and accept. Thank you for reaching out
Update. So after the meaningless reply to my post nothing has been done. No contact no refund nothing. It seems the reply was all for show. I emailed fountain store last night asking for an update and as of midday today radio silence. So guess I was correct after all. Awful company
Om gosh. The saga continues. Grab your popcorn people. So I again contacted the carrier who were lovely. My overnight (supposedly) has been sitting at Fountain store since I purchased it last week. They've obviously been tripping over my order but this fountain store never reached out to me advise there was a problem. The big ship carrier said it was being picked up today. Fountain store are apparently still investigating and we were going to message me at 4. So at 4.13 I messaged them. I got a message back. We are closed. We'll contact you tomorrow. WHAT!!! For the love of God just give me a refund and I'll purchase from a company who knows what they are doing. Oh and if it's a small family business you would well known who was so rude to me. So probably no investigation needed. You know all this could have been avoided if you had just COMMUNICATED with me

This item is still in front of us awaiting pick up. We have no update to provide hence we didn't communicate.
I have asked the team to cancel this order and provide full refund. I think what the staff did offer was a good gesture but clearly not what you expect.
I am sorry you had to go through this ordeal but I can assure you we do not cut corners nor ignore customers. If there was an update we would have informed you on the spot.
We don't do things for a show. Our quality products, our shipping rates are all premium and affordable.
We are a small company that work hard and does actually deliver great service, Sorry we failed you on this occasion.

The fountain I ordered came in a yellow…
The fountain I ordered came in a yellow colour when it was advertised as white, it also came chipped where it clicks in, so the top didn’t sit properly into the base. And I was also missing a pump for the machine so It was really disappointing.

Our product is cream sandstone, never white. We asked for pictures of the damage, maybe send so we can rectify. This review could have been an email and a swift resolution.
