I can video chat with a human specialist with experience, or I can chat with a human, or I can call or email. They're available literally 24/7 and the representatives who answer truly do care about you and your success. I've NEVER worked with another company who did customer service better than Fotello!

I'm so glad I discovered Fotello last year. It's so good that I now depend on it to deliver top quality photos and videos to my clients. When appropriate for my workflow I use it to deliver the assets and use some of the many other offerings on the Fotello site. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Ive been using Fotello for about 2 months now, first month i paid the $1000 then moved to $500 a month for the second month. In this time, i have noticed that the interior images are fantastic. I love them! Clean and wonderfully edited. Exterior images: I might as well throw every drone image out! Terrible exterior editing. Poor coloring. Very flat. all around UNUSABLE!!
Id give 5 stars for the interior photos all day and give -2 stars for the for the exterior images.

Great platform, really did an amazing job with my HDR bracketed images, colours were excellent, saved so much work in my busy schedule. I did have to get revisions done on some images and the human assistants were really quick and helpful, top notch service. Really happy and so is the client.
