Both Travis and Gemma have been amazing throughout the process of me and my partner buying our new home. They have both been really helpful and understanding throughout these past few months and gave incredible support when needed. Travis and Gemma were very quick with replying to emails and answering any phone calls either myself or my partner made. I would highly recommend Fosters Financial.

Thanks Mark and Gemma for doing hard job. Really good team and doing hard job. I got good deals for my mortgage, they always answer all my questions, if i need to call to Mark, he are nearly always available on him working time and we can speak. Good explaining everything, nice speaking and if I don’t understand something, so Mark can explain easy… i’m happy i got this team and i can recommend for everyone.

Travis and Gemma have been fantastic! Always very responsive, took personal circumstances into account, sensible advice and transparent about what we can and can’t do. There are also no hidden charges and they are not excessive in comparison to other companies for specialist mortgages.

We dealt with Tracy (mortgage broker), Gemma (case handler) and Tracy (operation director). We always received prompt replies to our emails and requests of information. They informed us in advance when they were unavailable for annual leave, and they provided us with an alternative contact person.
The application was successful, and the underwriter actually offered us a product with a lower interest rate than the one we originally applied for.
Overall, we had been very happy with the assistance provided. Fosters Financial come as highly recommended. We will certainly contact them when we will need to remortgage.

The team at Foster’s financial were very fast and informative on helping us get our mortgage. They dealt with anything we threw at them with ease. Lovely people to chat to, I got the chance to speak to Tracy and John the most and they truly are the nicest advisors out there.

After a bad experience with another broker I was recommended Fosters by my estate agent as they had worked great with them before. I had little hope that I would get much success but thought I would take a punt. Now I have just got my mortgage offer where previously I was out right rejected. My wife and I dealt with Daniel and Gemma for the duration of our remortgage and they both were excellent to deal with.Communication was second to none, they walked us through what will happen and when there were changes they contacted us straight away with regular updates. Travis (and Henri) were absolutely brilliant with securing our mortgage. We are first time buyers, buying a chain free house, which we were expecting to be simple. It turned out to be quite complicated and Travis was fantastic in leading us through the process, explaining the changing situations and generally being our advocate and working so hard behind the scenes for us. Travis is so friendly and a pleasure to chat to and was always willing to listen if we needed to vent! He was also great at explaining other aspects of the process too, as buying a house for the first time is baffling but it felt like Travis was guiding us the whole way. He is worth his weight in gold and I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

What an awful customer Experience in dealing with this company trying to secure a mortgage. They have taken all my details, then my mortgage advisor was made redundant and I was left with John Foster, who couldnt give me the time of day! I am in a sold position , trying to secure a mortgage on a property and he cant even come back to me on an email. His service was awful, he was rude and derogative on the phone and then when i started to push to get a mortgage application in on a property he said he didnt want to help me after months of building a relationship with Mark bond. Dont touch this company, the customer experience is awful and the MD is a joke.

Great team! I have previously dealt with Amanda but Liz has taken on her previous contacts. Liz was very friendly, understanding and clear on the process. I put all my trust in Fosters as my knowledge with mortgages/insurance is very limited, and I have no concerns at all in the advice I was provided. Always recommend Fosters to friends and family.

Wow! Where do we begin.
We really haven’t had the easiest journey but Fosters Financial really have gone above and beyond for us. Mark, Gemma and John have been absolutely incredible and made our experience so positive. Thank you all for your constant support to help us get our first home. We always felt like we had so many questions regarding everything but it was never a problem and was answered in lots of detail and quickly too.
