Add me to the folks taking the 50% return. Figured 50% was better that 100% loss. My order was never received. Tracking system they linked to, week after week related product moving from the same location to the same location. Live and learn.

Is there less than 1 star...that is Fosterry. I ordered two pair of shoes 11.5 extra wide...a month later the shoes showed up with no size information but if they are 11 regular I would be shocked....
Want to know what there 30 return policy is....just try using it...this company ought to be illegal and they are a rip off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I ordered a pair of shoes on Dec 9/23. Fosterry immediately confirmed my shoe order. When the package arrived today, instead of the shoes I had ordered, they sent me a sweatshirt (that I did not order).

Many emails sent to them requesting refund. They completely ignore my requests for refund.

Do NOT deal with these scam artists!

Ordered a pair of shoes that promised to be comfortable and good for people with plantar fasciitis. The shoes are a different color, too small (definitely not a men’s size 11) and had no support at all. Emailed immediately asking for return instructions. They replied ….If you insist on a refund, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Because the transportation distance is long and the time is long, the package may be lost on the road.
So..they will refund 50% as a compensation. Terrible company.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. I did this because they guaranteed a 30 day return period. Unfortunately this turned out to be a lie. I found that the shoes were uncomfortable and contacted the company to return them. 1st they said that I would have to pay for shipping back to the country of origin. When I persisted, they kept offering discounts until they gave me a 50% discount. It was the final offer and they said that they were in financial trouble so I relented and accepted the offer.

Shoes are poorly designed, shaped, uncomfortable, etc. My bad for not checking the reviews in advance.
The website states/makes it look like it is a legitimate US based site, but the order immediately goes to China.
Also, although I clicked to use my credit card, the site paid it through PayPal.
Again, per sites instructions to email the company for a refund, it wants me to give the unsatisfactory shoes to "family or friends as a gift" and a "10% discount code for your next order."

This company and its products are a total SCAM. They have the balls to tell you that if it doesn't fit, give it to a friend r relative and they will offer a 10 discount on your next order. The shoe ordered did not fit and was the most uncomfortable shoe I ever purchased. My bad for not checking the reviews in advance. Please don't even think of purchasing anything form these guys. Make sure you pay by Amex they will hold the payment and put it in dispute.

I received the shoes, but they smelled bad and didn't fit correctly. I contacted the company for a return and they told me to send them a picture of the shoes, which I did, then nothing. I have written them 3 times with no further responses. I guess I am out the money and will give the shoes away to charity.

Extremely upset with myself for not reading these reviews before ordering these shoes. Arrived approximately 3 week after ordering. Several emails were sent from Fosterry during this wait apologizing for the delay and offering a 20% discount on next order.
Shoes finally arrived but did not fit. In sending an email to their customer service the reply given insinuated that we ordered an incorrect size and that we should consider giving these shoes as a gift and offering a 30% refund with a 10% discount on next purchase.
Appreciate the suggestion to reach out to our credit card company regarding this purchase to dispute.
Hope that more people will read these reviews before ordering these shoes to avoid this conflict.

I ordered a pair of mens shoes from the website but the shoes did not look anything like the picture on their website. There was no size imprinted on either shoe , the size was very narow and you could see the glue used to construct the shoes visible on the sides. I ordered a similar pair the next month but a different style. I contacted the company just 12 hours after I ordered them and requested a cancellation on my order. They refused to cancel my order or refund my money. This company advertises shoes that look great but once you receive the order you will be very disappointed. Buyers beware !!!!! When I tried to contact the company at fosterry.com microsoft informed me that tyhey would not accept my emails. Again this company is 3rd world.

The run-around returning it

Ordered a pair of these shoes on July 27th. Took 2 weeks to arrive (August 10th). Size not marked anywhere on the shoes, but were too small (even though I ordered the same size as all my other shoes). Sent them back on August 13th, and requested refund......still waiting. Like a fool, I accepted the fact I had ordered the wrong size because they obviously came from China, and decided to reorder another pair (in fact I ordered 2 pair as my friend wanted a pair as well and my original pair was too small for him). Placed the order August 13th. Order arrived on August 26th. Again, no size marked on the shoes and they were exactly the same size as the original pair I received. No point is sending back as I won't receive a refund for them. Going to donate them to Goodwill. Live and learn. Should have researched reviews before ordering. I'm "out" the cost of 3 pairs of shoes, but good lesson gained about ordering merchandise from sketchy retail sites.

This company misrepresented its product and return policy. Instead their response was just give it away you got a good deal on it. Not acceptable!

Fosterry totally misrepresented the product purchased. In the photo of the shoes they were leather with a suede insole and the brand was Taos. product received in a cellophane bag were imitation leather with no brand at all. They would not allow me to return them. Offered a maximum of a 50% refund due to a "huge economic crisis" in their business.

Ordered in April billed to my cc. Order never received

Placed and paid for an order.. via pay pal from this retailer.
Order was delivered from New Jersay.
In checking pai on line,payment was to a third world site,Fostery name shos no where,checking on their web site using the order number said it was not a valid number.
iTheir web site says that any returnd must be inUNOPENED package,it is stupid

Purchased size 12 EEwide shoes ... Size 11 narrow arrived. They don't fit. Fosterry advertises a 100% refund guarantee but refuse to refund $49.77 I paid through PayPal. Paypal also refuses to pay even though Paypal guarantees they will make good any business that refuses to honor their repayment ... Fosterry was found on Microsoft Store. Fosterry published no telephone number

Took a month to receive the shoes (from New Jersey)
They don't fit, they appear to be seconds.
Their sizes have no relationship to "normal" sizing.
They ship from the US, but insist on a return to send to Hong Kong. They jack you around on returns suggesting you get a discount and "give" the misfits they already shipped you to someone and get 10% off on next reorder. They are not legitimate business folks. Never again folks!!

Update:
I reversed the charge thru the credit card, Fosterry lied to Citi Bank about settlement, I provided them emails from Fosterry denying me a refund per their ads. Credit card company cancelled the charge to my account. Total scam, everything else folks above and below have said is true and more. Unscrupulous crooks. Glad Credit card company was willing to be involved and do the right thing.
