Easy setup, very good range, and good memory card support

I had an outside camera for over a year and never had any problems, that's why I now both same inside units
They are easy to set up and has the choice to record everything in a memory card or in a cloud. I download the app and let me check the cameras from any device. The price is fear and is far away better than other's products I had both before.

your support team

your support team they always come thru for me. Over the years I have had to some people dumb questions but important to me ,and they have always responded in a polite and down to earth manner

The software is detected but needs a…

The software is detected but needs a bit of improvement. It has sd card capability taking it tov4 star. But it gets 4 star for it needs to have flexibility recognizing daylight and nighttime so the lights for the camera can only come on during nighttime when motion isvdetected. Also, it would have been nicer to include a distribution box that matches the base of the light.

Was looking for replacement cameras and the website just had the information I need it right up front. Was able to find the right product for my needs and the whole experience from start to finish was so an ease of navigating One of a very few companies that have such a friendly website to work with

I expected all the products to be the…

I expected all the products from the same listing to be the same model; they weren't. The return process for a defective item has been more than tedious. It took a Paypal dispute to resolved it. Customer service is more than difficult. Will not buy on Foscam Mall site again. This is not a way to get a repeat customer.
