I don’t normally write reviews at all. I am making an exception. I am sure most people would agree that getting a PCP agreement for a new car can be a bit long winded.
Here’s what happened. A loan company was taking too long. It’s not a review about this other company but let’s just say it runs mainly a shop and food courts so I think they delay in order to give the impression of there being many cogs in the machine in quite an old fashioned way.
So I binned the first company. A quick Google on Friday afternoon quite late and I found Forza and saw personal leasing and got a quote. Got a phone call and asked about PCP instead. Within a couple of minutes, I had a quote from Harrison at Forza. Excellent and efficient customer service.
Called back on Saturday amd spoke to Holly who said Harrison wasn’t in but she organised all of the agreement on the phone as I was having issues with the website. Sorted in 5 minutes.
Monday I just turned up at the dealership and asked if I could have the car there and then. The sales guy asked if I could call Forza as he thought that it would not be quick and braced me for a very long wait.
Harrison answered and dropped all of his other work and sait it would be 20 to 30 minutes! Literally within 20 minutes I was holding the keys after a few signatures on the virtual Santander agreement.
So impressed with these two staff members am I that I will be recommending this firm to everyone. A-ma-zing!!!

I am usually not a fan of choosing a Car Finance using a intermediary, rather I go with my bank directly. This instance, I just gave a chance to Forza Finance through Experian with a bit of hesitation, but I was thoroughly impressed with the service and rates provided by Forza. Shout out to Jonathan Kyprianou and his team, who were really professional, responsive and friendly, made the finance application experience really great from start till end. 100% recommend!
