I paid almost £10 for next day delivery and 2 days later it’s still not arrived!

I got everything i wanted, it was easy to order online and, i was updated the arrival of my order.

Never again orders 2 skins eaely december expected end of january, wouks have been quicker buying form china, waste of time especially in this cold weatherz has to go to sports direct and buy some for my daughter, stilk waiting for them

Encomendei no dia 28 de Novembro de 2025 este produto: FORZA Football Referee Vanishing Spray. Paguei o custo total e a respetiva taxa de entrega. O meu pedido só foi enviado no dia 15 de Dezembro, após me dizerem que a primeira tentativa de envio falhou. A encomenda chegou no dia 23 de Dezembro, e surpreendentemente o produto que chegou era algo completamente diferente do que pedi, sendo um mapa tático de futebol. Conclusão: tento desde dia 23 de Dezembro contactar a empresa sobre o envio de um produto errado, e estou desde esse dia sem resposta seja por telemóvel ou por e-mail.

Ordered two Pod Goals on 3 December as a Christmas present. Only one goal was delivered. It is now 2 January and despite several follow up emails, I have not received a response or any update. Very disappointing experience and I am unsure how to proceed.

Ordered goals on 9.12, with delivery guide of 4-8 days, a service paid for by the way. Missed Christmas and now is 2026 no sign of them. Have made a call and awaiting a reply to that ….. that was 10 days ago.

Very clear website to order the perfect goal size, been kept upto date from the moment I ordered to the precise time of delivery , excellent communication’s between suppliers and delivery company , goal exactly what we wanted, clear instruction’s to how put together, Forza first choice if ever need another goal , thank you

Part of the order did not arrive and no response from customer service. Recommend buying elsewhere.

Fantastic products with great delivery service. I ordered a 12'x 6' goal net and the quality is fantastic which was also very easy and quick to assemble.

Did not receive my order. As to tracking info its returned to sender. No replies from Forza more than a week.

Really nice team to deal with, good prices, great quality.

The postage is very high and only made visible to the buyer at the very last moment.

Poor quality items

Literally fell apart after the first wash. Elastic unraveling, don't stay up on as elastic isn't strong enough.

I had a minor problem with one of the fixings on a basket ball stand/net I bought my grandson for Xmas. I telephone at just after on a Monday morning 1 week before Xmas, I was informed i was 4th in the queue, but could arrange a call back , which I did, 5 minutes later Samantha called me and was helpful and understanding, 2 minutes after the call I received an email to add photos of the problem, 3 hours later I received another email apologises and saying they would DHL a new part, which I received 4 days later. What a great service considering it was such a busy time. A You can always tell how good a company when they deal with problems like this. The product is well made and easy to put together.

Truly awful - ordered and I picked next day delivery and then when I checked out it was standard delivery. Phone them up and after an hour on hold (to be fair they call you back) they said they’re upgrade to next day delivery for free. Since I’d called before the cut off point for shipping I expected it to arrive the next day. It didn’t. They use Evri and have no next day delivery i don’t think. When the item arrived it had no packaging or labels. It didn’t even say what is was. Looked like something I’d bought second hand. Now it’s the 20th December. So I call again and am told it shouldn’t have arrived like that they’ll send another one. Next day delivery. I say if it doesn’t arrive by next day I’ll end up having to send it guaranteed next day on 23rd December as it was a gift for someone else. Also checked many times the next one would be in packaging or labels. Evri again and it arrives at 3pm on 23rd December. So I spend £11 sending it to my nephew at the last minute. Customer service said they’d get management to contact me about compensation but they didn’t bother.
