The delivery to Australia is shit. Please do not use DHL as they are garbage. Does not provide time in advance that the delivery is coming. My delivery has already been rescheduled for the third time and still not received them. One of these dates they did not even ask me and they just rescheduled it themselves. Since im working in office that day, obviously i will have to reschedule it again some other time. Hope i can receive this at least so i could try the products.

Hi Tony, I hope you are doing well! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I believe DHL has successfully delivered your order after your message. Delivery to AU usually takes 2-3 business days for most customers via DHL.
The delivery process in Australia is handled by DHL once the parcel leaves us, so unfortunately the scheduling and delivery notifications are managed directly by them. While the delivery itself is handled by DHL, I completely understand that it reflects on the overall shopping experience with us. Of course, I wish this was flagged with us directly so we could have been given the opportunity to resolve these issues for you immediately.
I completely understand how inconvenient this whole experience was with working and trying to plan around a delivery though, and I genuinely am really sorry for the experience.

As a follow up from my initial review the response was prompt and effective and I have now received my Biological Age Test Kit. The issue was with DHL and their policy of not leaving items if no one is home. The service from For Youth was excellent
