FortyTwo blatantly disregards their customer base by constantly failing to commit to appointments. As a customer, your time is not valued as they fail to schedule correct addresses, log in appointments, and decide to change them for you at your inconvenience.

I ordered on the website and mistakenly put the wrong address on the first order hence cancelling it. Despite not paying, I still received notification that my order was filed. I made another order this time and paid with the right address, before writing in to confirm the shipping details.
I was assured over email that my order would be going to the right address, and the erroneous one would be cancelled. Lo and behold on the day of delivery, 9am, I was ready to collect it- I had 2 missed calls as I was busy and called them 5 minutes later but was greeted with their automatic system telling me their hotline was not yet active and starts at 10am. Who should I contact then?
I waited till 10am to call and was told that delivery could not be attempted as no one was home (I was home the entire time), and after trying to make sense of the situation, was informed that this was my fault for giving the wrong address, and I had to reschedule the delivery.
Funnily enough, after settling it on call, I found the failed delivery email which told me they were rescheduling it to 7 April. 7/4, which was 3 weeks ago.
Pretty disappointing service and a waste of time. Make sure to read some of the other reviews and not just blindly follow the 4.9 stars you see here.

Second Update:
The story continues and I am now convinced that FortyTwo has a blatant disregard to their customer base and are simply unprofessional.
I made a repair request which was set to be on 15/6/26. Over email, I was informed that the repair would take place from 12-6pm, and the actual timing would be given the day prior.
I did not receive a message on the day before. On the day itself, I was not notified either and decided to use the online chat with the customer base in order to find out when my appointment was.
Of course, turns out my appointment was not even registered due to a system 'glitch'. They then told me that they would reschedule it to 16/6/26, but here's the thing- I took a leave for today specifically for this. I have work the next day.
At this point, I don't even know what to say. Who is running the 'system'?
You can make the judgement as to whether or not this is a company you would like to support. Seems like they cannot keep their word and issues just do not stop coming. Save your worries, just get your furniture elsewwhere.
