no item or refund. bad communication!
it’s been almost a month since I made my order and then didn’t receive it for a week. I then had to reach out to the company to ask where it was and only then did they tell me that my items were out of stock - I had ordered two different strains and they only sent me one with some extra of that one (sent without asking first whether this was adequate compensation) , so they still failed to deliver on one of my two originally ordered products. I flagged this to them and then had to chase *again*. they assured me that strain was now back in stock and they would be sending it to me. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since last correspondence and I still don’t have my item or a refund. Awful customer service. needs a lot of prompting and they use the excuse of being a family-run business, but in all honesty that is of no relevance when it comes to customer service and consumer law.

To summarise what happened here, you were sent over 20g of flower for free, and you received a full refund on your order. I think most people would be sufficiently happy with this compensation for the delay you experienced, given that your original order was for only 7g.

Really good quality, smells amazing, lovely buds, tried 4 different strains and I'm happy with them all. I was buying from my previous supplier for a while but the quality went down hill so I will be buying from fortune flavours from now on. Very pleased.

There was little to no delay with the Christmas holidays, which was a welcomed surprise. The product has a sweet polleny fragrance and is a most pleasant experience to savour. Top marks!!

Im up from 5am in pain most days and with this product its helped with the long gaps between my prescriptions so over 4days and in freezing cold weather i was in less pain than what I was before receiving it
