Wouldn't use Fortuna again. I had Solar Panels installed, and over paid. I was poorly informed about the whole process because they were just trying to get a sale done. 18 months later I still have not got things working fully with energy exporting. Fortuna couldn't seem to care less once the job was in. To be fair the installers and the electricians were all nice, but Fortuna themselves have almost no after sales service. Even after chasing numerous times, I just about got a response. They just couldn't really be bothered it seems. I should have done more research and found a better company to use.

Fortuna AVOID this company honestly! The customer service is awful and the aftercare well they don’t won’t to know. The product was not made by them it was ordered in by a third party company. Since installation issues occurred was advised to call back if any problems. The three people who I had contact with are now not with the company. The company has rebranded multiple of times and have gone into administration for a reason. The company owes so much out! Just look on companies house, please do your research and don’t waste your time and money on this company. The reviews speak for themselves!

I have had 2 years of hell with this company. Awful customer care, they put the price up half way through the job and terrible workmanship. I took legal advice to take legal action for a refund but I found out the Company had gone into Administration!!! I have had a surveyor round to assess the build and he was shocked at the poor standard of workmanship - enough said!!

Had x3 bedroom windows replaced in June 2023 whilst my husband was undergoing chemotherapy for leukaemia. Their sales flyer quotes an invitation to treat by offering a sum against old windows however no figure for this is quoted in the contract paperwork which is against trading standards regulations. Having since obtained two alternative reputable quotes which are a lot lower, I can see that the flyer is a selling gimmick and their price for the work is inflated. The window frames had damage on all of them, the glass was scratched, the overboarding of my existing window boards was poorly done, the windows are finished differently in the bedrooms, 6 months on from installation and there is now misting between the panes of glass. I agreed that Fortuna could come back a second time as it was their decision to replace all x3 windows in September 2023 which was at the end of my husband’s treatment however the first window frame I inspected was damaged so I sent them away and requested the return of my deposit. There is also a question-mark over whether my trickle vents are the sufficient mm2 EA per bedroom to comply with building regs that changed in June 2022 however Fortuna would not respond to my query. They went silent on me and then threatened to issue debt recovery proceedings against me for the balance payment so I involved an ADR who appeared to be biased in their favour. I was being encouraged to make the balance payment so that they could return a third time but I held out and thankful that I did as they then went into administration, although from continuing reviews on here it appears that they are still undertaking work??

Punctual, polite tidy and did a good job

£17,500 on a resin driveway that looks awful. Like many other reviews I have read regarding resin driveways, do not use this company. The driveway was laid when the weather was too cold in 2020 and lost its colour. Rejuvinator was used, but the colour was lost the next winter. After contact with Lana I was told the resin would be relaid this year but so far its been phoning, calls not returned and a date booked but no work men have arrived and my call to find out why not returned !!!!!!!!

Jack, Chris and James did a super job of installating our new porch windows, roof and door.
They were so friendly and cheerful.
We are very pleased with the result.

Paul and Kevin fitted new conservatory roof 6/7TH of October brilliant work very efficient highly recommend for any conservatory jobs excellent attention to detail

Booked the drive for "end of march early April 2022 " after a knock at the door back in November 2021 which we did actually welcome as we wanted our drive redone in 2022.
We chose the resin stone and proceeded with the order.
Asked if I should book the date and we were told its booked in to start the ground work (very little of it I will add) for a dry window between the dates above.
As suspected we arrived into mid April and no one had even called, we actually had some really nice weather in between.
Anyway called and someone came out to make a start weekend Easter then told 7-10 days we will be back to lay the resin.
7 weeks later we chase and get a firm instalation date this came and went a 2nd date arranged - the same happened.
Aranged a 3rd date - same again.
Maybe this company is getting to big to actually care about people who need to make arrangements to ensure cars are moved and the area left empty, or maybe this company just dont care at all.
The communication is very poor or non exsistant, broken promises which leave a sour taste, we were very much looking forward to having our driveway completed and some of their work looks great but unfortunately we will not see any of fortuna worlds work as we have cancelled all work with them and arranged a recommend company to carry out the work.
Good luck to those who have work booked in with them, I hope it goes as you planned.
Since this review the work has been carried out pleased with the results the guys worked hard to ensure it was completed.

Absolutely delighted with our patio. Thanks to Landi and his team, professional, courteous and extremely hard working, so quick. They have left nothing behind except very happy customers.

Poor communication with broken promises of completion date. These people are quick to take my money but do not finish the work and we are left in the dark as to when our driveway will be completed. We have been given many excuses including bad weather and delays with them having to repair other peoples's jobs. My house looks like a buiding site and we have been waiting since summer. Looks awful at present and will not be ready for Christmas as promised. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have just had 7 windows, a front door and patio doors replaced with double glazed units. The team of Jim, Jordan and Andy arrived and got straight to work. They finished the work well within the booked timing and did a very nice job. Very pleased with the results and the guys represented their company very well indeed. Would welcome them back anytime for future work

Fortuna have just finished our Resin drive & Patio, what a team, superb workforce with an excellent work ethic, great eye for detail, had a lovely contrasting border which really gives a great finish.
Well done to the whole team. We are thrilled & would thoroughly recommend Fortuna.

Garage roof replaced by Ricky&Craig who did a most EXCELLENT JOB!
Also pleasant and very helpful. They are a credit to FORTUNA!
