I wish there was a 10 star button. Fortitude has changed my life in so many ways. I have had years of traditional counseling in the past. While there were small things that improved, it couldn’t compare to the progress and breakthroughs I made through fortitude in less than 12 weeks. Fortitudes program uses a very positive approach to solving conflicts and working through any challenge life throws at you. The daily and weekly support of a champion made it easier for me to work through problems in real time and to practice the tools and skills needed to be able to eventually work through things on my own. My life truly has been forever changed by this program and I am so grateful! Would highly recommend giving Fortitude a try!

I have a long list of reasons I have felt broken in my life and spent a LOT of time researching how to think differently and heal. I have been to YEARS of therapy and definitely made progress but so many things that I wanted to be able to do just seemed out of reach. I just felt too broken.

It wasn't until Fortitude that I felt the POWER of my thoughts and had the support necessary to relax my nervous system to a place of safety to start actually applying concepts. It's a new language and new brain pathways that I will be able to have for the rest of my life.

This is not just information, this is TRANSFORMATION.

The daily support of a champion, the personalized experience going through the material, the pattern of how to really dive in and look at each thought has completely changed my life and my brain.

I want to always have this as part of my life and so grateful to be connected to such an empowering and supportive community.

I definitely still have work to do but I notice that with the new pathways I don't spiral and I have tools to grab onto that are so practical and repeatable and an understanding of the brain that I just can use everyday for anything that is difficult.

I see myself differently. I have greater compassion, less shame, less anxiety, more confidence, more love for me and others. I'm not perfect at all but the pattern and language I've learned is so empowering that I don't feel as overwhelmed by problems anymore. The problems can't swallow me like they used it. I just feel confident about that. It's so so great!!! I can't say enough about this! It's LITERALLY *the best*.

Fortitude has changed the way I think about everything! It's a whole new way to process feelings and emotions. It also has allowed me to find my true happiness, plus have a closer relationship with God & my family. I've learned so much about my own personality and brain through this program and I will tell everyone about it!

Fortitude is not like anything else you will experience, it’s not therapy, but it’s helped heal me mentally and emotionally. It’s a way of thinking that helped me to unmask feelings and thoughts that I’ve been harboring deep down for years. Each week, As I continued on with this program, I felt more free and more confident in the person I am! It helped me to understand who my true self is at a level I never imagined possible for myself. Fortitude has taken what I already knew and added to it 100%. It’s helped me to reshape my brain, (or in their words rewire it) to see others around me with hope and love. It’s helped me to be a truer version of myself!

The truth is, Fortitude is life changing. Not only because it has made me feel better about my hardships, but because it has helped me BE better even in them. I started Fortitude a year ago and am so excited because I can see in hindsight that I am closer to the version of myself that I have always wanted to be but didn’t believe it was possible. This program is for the people who are ready to take ownership of themselves and work to give life their all again. This program is hope, and if you really apply yourself, your life will really change for the best!

Fortitude has really changed every aspect of my life. It is truly a transformative experience where you dive into a 9 week curriculum based on science and rewiring your brain to think, feel, and behave differently. You learn a simple pattern you can apply to every part of your life. It is very different from therapy because you have daily support from a champion who has gone through the program before you and has experienced many of the same struggles you have. They hold your hand every step of the way- I came in completely broken and hopeless and left feeling empowered and hopeful for my future. The community is so positive and uplifting!
