The results for my lipid profile were processed very quickly, which was good. The doctor's review contained the expected, diet, exercise and see your GP. There were no comments about the Apolipoprotein A or B tests which would have been interesting.

I had cause to contact customer services due to a minor issue with a test I ordered. The service I got was absolutely excellent, sorting the problem out very quickly without any issues. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Forth again, or recommending them to anyone.

Fast service

I received my results back from a bespoke hormonal blood test. My oestrogen came back at 21 pmol/l which is classed as super low for a woman over 80. I’m 45!
My FSH came back alarmingly high at 25.
When I spoke with a fertility doctor, he advised with these results I’d have no cycle and a follicle count of 0-1.
My cycle is regular and my follicle count is 6.
Don’t waste your money on these tests as they’ll provide inaccurate results which will inevitably cause unnecessary stress. I contacted customer support for a refund. As yet I’ve had no response.

I send bloods back on Monday morning this week expecting results on the dashboard within 2 working days. It's now Friday night and despite emailing yesterday, I've heard nothing and am really not hopeful.
I chose Forth due to the promised turnaround time and fact they looked really professional but am losing hope. Forth please respond. It is an expensive service for zero customer service.

Super easy and hassle free

Brilliant service , Forth were really good at communicating and the tests are very in-depth. I didn't get the results I hoped -it was hoping my testosterone was low to explain what's going on with a young minded middle aged old man , but they were the results I needed -testosterone of. 30 yr old -so I'm guessing I'm just depressed and burnt out from nights and ambulance work. Thank you Forth you were great , really you are . I appreciate you all .Pete Sutton

I recently received my blood test results from Forth and was amazed at the lack of information provided. The company promotes that they check 12 markers, yet I only received information on one — with a short note from a doctor saying they were unable to perform most of the tests. There was no explanation given as to why, no details about what went wrong, and no proper guidance on what to do next.

The doctor’s comments were minimal and unhelpful, simply stating that the result was high and that I should take another test — which I assume would be at my own expense. I found this extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I feel completely let down and misled by the service. Forth promotes itself as offering a detailed and insightful blood analysis, but what I received was beyond basic and offered zero value for money. To have to spend more just to get the results I should have received in the first place is unacceptable.

I had high expectations of Forth, but they underdelivered by a country mile. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Save your money and go elsewhere — and make sure to check reviews thoroughly before you do.

I paid to have a blood test. The kit arrived quickly, I sent off the sample and next day got a message that it had been received. A few days later I got a message to say that the results were available on my dashboard. They weren't. And despite countless messages to the help desk, nearly two weeks later, they are still not available to me. My order history is blank. Yet Forth have trousered my money.
This company is a disgrace.

I have had a number of home testing kits from Forth, and it's always an easy & quick process to order and receive the kits. Well put together and simple to complete, and speedy results as well.

Excellent service from start to finish. The process was straightforward, and the results of my blood test came in the next day through the online portal.

The results were clear to understand. I recommend you choose to have the Doctor's notes, they are a free service and made things even clearer.

Customer service is appalling. You can’t call them and they say they take up to 48 hours to respond to e-mails. I cancelled my order on Wednesday 29th October. They replied the next day asking if I definitely wanted to cancel because they could see that the kit had been sent out. I had literally confirmed the cancellation by pressing “cancel” on their website, so why did they need me to confirm it? The refund should have been processed once they had seen that I had cancelled it on their website, but here we are on Saturday 1st November and they still have not responded to my last message or processed the refund. I’m guessing they will reply on Monday, but the customer service is not good enough.

Fast turnaround, good range of tests. Could do with a homocysteine test though!

Amazing and fast

I have used Forth now 3 times to track general health and particularly liver / kidney performance.

The kits always arrive quickly, and I typically have my results within 3 days of posting my blood sample back. (Latest test was 48 hours). Taking the blood sample is simple to follow.

And the App provides all the information, guidance, trends and doctor insight that you want to be able to understand and monitor your health.
